Got a new AC put in in 2022 , it has never worked correctly. I’ve had Browns come to my house numerous times but they are yet to fix it. It is 83% degrees in my house and the Thermostat is set at 70%, Very disappointed with this company

Brown’s Heating & Cooling came highly recommended to us by our daughter. So when we needed to have our furnace serviced, we didn’t hesitate to call them. The technician was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, courteous, and polite. He did an exceptional job servicing the furnace. He noticed that the humidifier needed to be serviced as well, which is not something we would have thought of. We will definitely use Brown’s Heating & Cooling in the future.
