Alphalete was a pleasure to work with. Had to have the hot water heater replaced in my mother's apartment. It has a smaller access to the crawlspace which caused some issues, but they were still quick to get a special order water heater in. The biggest compliment I can give, was that the plumber Thomas, was phenomenal with mother. They were communicative on the issues, gave several choices for working around them, and got the work done as quickly and painless as they could. They've earned our repeat business.

Alphalete came to my home to install a gas line to convert the house from an electric range to a gas range. The work was amazing, and they were able to complete in six hours what other companies said would take two or three days. Alphalete was also the best value pricing I was able to find. Their hourly labor rate is beyond fair, and may even be a little low for their services. They were not the cheapest bid we received for the project, but they were the only company able to complete the job in one day, and they were the only company with immediate availability. Their work was phenomenal, and they took great care of us. Unfortunately, when the technicians were moving a bed, they broke the bed frame and box spring. However, ACCIDENTS HAPPEN! The measure of a company is not in the mistakes it makes, because all companies make mistakes, the measure of a company is how they handle their mistakes. Not only were Alphalete professional, courteous, and apologetic about the mistake, but they also offered to replace the box spring and bed frame. The owner, Diego, even called my wife and I to schedule a time to come back out, replace what was broken, and make the situation right in person. That amount of professionalism is scarce in today’s society, so to see it from Diego and his team gives me reason to refer them to friends. If you have any plumbing needs, don’t hesitate to call Alphalete Plumbing.

Diego and his staff was extremely professional. My appointment was supposed to be at 12:pm today, they showed up 30 minutes early. Went right to the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes I kid you not. I will definitely keep them on my speed dial especially since I have an older home. Strongly recommended to everyone I come into contact with. Oh and did I mention, the price can not be beat!! Thank you Alphalete Plumbing. You’re the best!!

The Alphalete Team was amazing. My water heater died and they were on site within hours, assessed the work to be done, provided a very reasonable quote and replaced the next morning, on a weekend. They had a ton of extra work to do because the dedicated venting system had to be replaced. They did it all quickly and cleaned up like it never even happened. Very impressed them. I will be a repeat customer.
