Kevin was punctual, knowledgeable efficient, polite, respectful and addressed the situation. He had the entire situation dealt with very quickly without a disruption to my day; and left the work site very clean, both of which have not been my experience with other contractors.
The new toilet that he installed works great, and my family’s upset about having a plumbing problem are completely resolved.
On time, up front pricing. More than anything, i appreciate their honesty.
We had costco installers come and freakout because there was residual water in the pipes when they disconnected my washing machine. They said my valve is broken and they cannot proceed with then installation and left. The B&L plumber assessed the situation and told us that there is nothing wrong with the valve.

Great Experience with B&L Plumbing. They replaced my furnace about 6 months ago and also provided great Hvac Service with my Air Conditioning Unit when it wasn't functioning properly. From the time you call Chelsea is very friendly and professional. Tate has been our Hvac technician. He arrives on time, very professional, and is an expert in his field. If you are looking for Hvac Services or any other service through this company. Give them a try. A Satisfied Customer! 5 stars

B&L did a great job on my spigot water leak.
Rick was friendly, knew just what to do to resolve the problem. He explained what the likely cause of the problem, fixed it, cleaned up and done in about an hour. The price was reasonable for a weekend job.
I would recommend them without reservation.

We've had two experiences with B&L Plumbing, both very positive. The most recent one was due to a water leak in our crawl space. We called Tuesday afternoon and left a voicemail. Chelsey promptly returned our call and was able to fit us in for a Wednesday morning appointment due to a cancelation. She was courteous and helpful, as was our plumber, Kevin. He was detailed and did great work. He let us know what the problem was and made a recommendation, which we went with. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood the process. We would definitely recommend B&L in the future and will use them again.

B&L Plumbing is a top notch organization. Called on a Wednesday and repairs were completed on Thursday. Upfront pricing and courteous staff. Highly recommend for Plumbing Services. I have known Larry for many years and Kevin was great to have as a representative from B&L.

Had a great experience with B&L. They were able to get someone out within a couple hours of calling. The plumber was cognizant of keeping everything clean and tidy. He handled two issues I was having. Cost for resolving plumbing issues always seems out of line but their costs seemed to be in the normal range. Would definitely recomend them to friends and family.

Rick from B & L was fantastic! He came out as soon as he could to help with our busted water heater. I appreciate the upfront pricing including best and worst case scenarios of what we would have to pay. He was so polite and took his time to make sure it was done correctly the first time. I can’t say enough positive things about this company! If you’re looking for a trustworthy , honest company; choose B & L.

I’ve used B&L plumbing for years and have never had a bad experience with them. Of course every time I call them I have a huge lump in my throat of what the damage/cost could be especially involving water. Every time they go over what could be the worst case scenario and obviously the best case. They have never over sold an issue nor have they subsequently tried to up sale services. They go everything thoroughly and make you feel as if you’re in control of the decision. Kevin, who’s worked on a few issues I’ve had, is amazing. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and absolutely thorough.
