Great job by John on servicing my split a/c units! He is very detail oriented with his specialty. Thanks so much & it is so great having a more efficient, clean system again. I will be calling if needed in the future!
Our hot water heater had a catastrophic failure during the evening hours and we called Olson Plumbing & Heating immediately. They walked me through several things to do to help reduce the damage, then they had someone come to our house within the hour. Dwayne did an outstanding job from start to finish - disconnecting the old water heater, hauling it away, and installing a new water heater quickly and professionally. We even had hot water later that night! This was our first time with Olson Plumbing & Heating, but it will certainly not be our last - they have earned our respect and our business from now on. Thank you Olson P&H!

I give Olson Plumbing and Heating at 5 Star Review. Their professionalism and great customer service is beyond amazing. Mike Bukowski goes above and beyond for his customers. When you have a major issue in your home - clog line that cause a flood in our basement- Olson was there and completed the job perfectly and got our home back to normal. I can't recommend this company enough. GREAT SERVICE and THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!!! Thank you Olson Plumbing!!!!

On June 13th we called Olsen because our AC was not cooling. It was after hours so we were expecting overtime charges. John the technician did several things and replaced some parts which we have no idea what they were. After Several hours he said the house voltage was too high for the AC unit and we needed to call an electrician. We were charged over $1000.00 and our air was not fixed. John said to leave everything off. The next day an electrician came over and said the voltage was in the normal range. He turned everything back on and we have not had an issue since but we did have to pay $159 for the service call. U asked Olson to send us a legible copy of the invoice because we could not read it. We were sent one that was not legible either. Both the tech and the lady that answered the phone got snippy with us. We just wanted a breakdown of what we paid. We feel we were overcharged. I have copies of our invoice but nowhere to post them.

Dwayne was quick and easy to work with on our rental property from states away. They came within the hour of asking for help, even late in the day. The estimate we received was the most reasonable priced out of several local companies. Highly recommend!

we were notified by the utility company that we had a gas leak and would need our main gas line replaced and our meter relocated and replaced. Olsen was contracted for the work. Olsen really did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Tyler Currier arrived to walk the job. He very thoroughly explained what the job would entail, and described what I should expect during each step of the process. This allowed me to plan accordingly.
The crew that arrived to start the work was David and Connor. They were very friendly, detailed and thorough throughout the entire process as well. They communicated with me every step of the way. This was a tremendous help, allowing me to still plan out my work day.
I was shocked by just how convenient and accommodating the process was. I expected much worse, but this crew truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely choose to hire this company in the future. Kuddos to Tyler, David, and Connor.

When a tree fell down during a windstorm on our Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort property and caused a gas leak, city officials said we needed a big company to come if we hoped to get it fixed right away and not have to close and relocate 22 guest rooms. Our old friends at Olson came top of mind and the City agreed the right company for the job. Between their son at Pikes Peak Forestry who got the tree cleared right away and OLSON's quick response and work we were able get the gas line fixed by afternoon and everyone was safe and we were able to stay in business. Great company. Awesome owners. Highly recommend.

I had a pipe leak in my crawl space. I called Olson Plumbing and they had a plumber to my house in less than a hour. The plumber, STEVE, was very knowledgeable and fixed my pipe in no time at all. He was friendly and very easy to work with. He turned a stressful situation into a very positive contact and resolved the problem very quickly. I highly recommend Steve and Olson Plumbing. I have used them many times and have always had a great experience and excellent work.

We hired this company to cap our gas line for a home renovation project. The team member who came out was Ryan and he was excellent! Professional, polite, and very helpful about understanding our project needs and making sure we were mindful of everything that needed to be done.
Highly recommend this company. Fast, efficient, and great service!
