Devon and all the service representatives I have had come to the house are friendly, professional and customer service oriented. Devon could not resolve our current issue in one service call and came out the next business day to resolve the issue. Wanda and her husband, owners of Arctic Spa in Colorado Springs are great as well as all the employees I’ve encountered. Thank you! The product is great as well. The salt water tub is the only way to go!
Nathan and Waylon were outstanding! I inherited a Totem spa when buying my house. I don’t have any experience and Nathan walked me through everything, with pictures and a dummies guide to hot tube care. Waylon answered all of the in depth tech questions with ease. Great customer service!

Sometimes it takes a village to get a Spa Hot Tub delivered. I started my search for the perfect Hot Tub that could provide a medical hydro-therapy functionality as well as recreational relaxation for my family nearly two years ago. My first stop was Artic Spas on GoG. The first impression was not only a clean and well organized facility, but also welcoming staff who were more than glad to answer my questions and not be over-bearing or making me feel pressured to buy. I also had the pleasure in speaking with the Manager/owner, Wanda Shepard. Wanda educated me on the general benefits of a hot tub, expectations, choosing the right one for one’s needs whether recreational, therapeutic or an added feature for a rental/VRBO, and price points within my budget. Wanda made me feel comfortable and her sincerity only added to the overall high standards and integrity of her shop. Wanting to be a good steward of a possible investment I left Artic Spas armed with more knowledge of what to look for in comparison as I continued my research at several more locations. Though the other facilities were also, well kept and organized, they were much lacking in professionalism and feeling pressured to buy. One particular sales person spent more time telling me why she was the best of all the other SPA businesses, and being recognized as a top seller where the others could not compare, with great deal of effort talking down competition in every way possible. It gave “insecurity”, had me question the integrity of the product. The entire experience made me cringe. Which was unfortunate as there were a few Tub models I wanted to ask about but my purpose and needs were not her focal point. I left after 30 minutes. Every place we went thereafter, could not compare to the overall positive experience, quality of product and staff of Artic Spas on GoG. The price point is a bit higher - but not much when you contrast you are getting a Top Shelf SPA Hot Tub, and ones Return Of Investment (ROÍ) in service, longevity, functionality, customer service is well worth the price point. Now for the rest of the Village, A huge shout out to Don, owner of Atlas Cranes who meticulously lifted our spa over our home to our back deck safely and zero impact to property or infrastructure. It was amazing to watch his honed skills in navigating the crane. The Artic Spa team of Technical Installers, Tech Configuration Manager, setting up version control and baselines of the Spa Boy system - huge shoutout to Tony, Waylan and Devon. Outstanding team, that demonstrated a fine tuned and oiled processes. They were quick, precise and seamless in getting the hot tub installed and up and running and capped the experience with a “ Spa School” instruction class and let me know they were always available for guidance, questions or tech support should I hit a bump when changing my spa program(s). In addition, a big THANK YOU, to Dalton Peck and Josh, of Pecks Peak Electrical, installed additional electrical wiring necessary to meet the power needs of a Hot Tub by upgrading power panel and installing a dedicated box for the Hot Tub, in an A-line dressed configuration. More importantly, met and exceeded all electrical Code installation and compliant safety standards. Highly recommend Pecks Peak for their Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities ( KSA’s), meeting the schedule and providing affordable competitive price for above and beyond expertise and customer service. Lastly, but at no means least, Kevin Fuller and Jill of Fuller Interiors and Exteriors remodeling, an up and coming small remodeling business, Kevin and Jill identified weak support beams that would impact the ability of our deck to withstand more than 2K+. Pounds of weight. Kevin and Jill did an amazing job installing support beams and appropriate infrastructure upgrades that guaranteed our deck was safe and able to support several thousands more pounds of weight, in particular our Cub Hot Tub from Artic Spas on GoG and all future usage of this particular deck for family and friend gatherings.

Mike, Jimmy, and Alex from Native Electric arrived about 0730. Each one immediately confirmed the work order with professionalism and proficiency and proceeded to complete the task. Two hours into the work, i was told the work would be completed about 1300. My install appointment was between 1300 and 1500. I passed this information to Arctic Spa. I was immediately told the delivery would be closer to 1300. Tony and Waylan arrived shortly thereafter. I have a very long and narrow lane and they respected my wishes to carefully navigate the driveway and erosion mitigation i built into my driveway. They were very careful while installing the spa. Each were very knowledgeable, professional, and patient while instructing my wife snd me how to maintain the spa. Both Arctic Spa and Native Electric left my home nice and tidy and clean. I easily give both businesses my 5 star recommendation because of Wanda, from the sales floor to all 5 young men that completed the electrical and spa install. Terry S.

Tony Nabors and Waylon was very professional and friendly . They provided a thorough training and very knowledgeable on all the products we need to use to keep our hot tub running smoothly. Tony even wrote on all the products on the frequency we need to use it those products. They switched the cover bracket and promised to come back to fill the holes. Thanks very much Gentleman for your hard work.

We just had our Artic Spa delivered and couldn’t be happier. The crew was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Devon, Tony, and Waylon helped us get the spa positioned in the perfect location, installed all the accessories, and explained how everything worked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a spa from Artic Spas. :)

Regarding a recent service call for my hot tub; Tony the repair technician from Arctic Spas contacted me and coordinated his arrival time. He arrived as scheduled, was personable and courteous. Tony explained what he was doing, had the necessary repair parts on hand, and was able to finish the repair in about an hour.

Hey everyone, I have to share with you what a fantastic job both Tony and Wayland did delivering and installing my Arctic Spa, Eagle Model. I have a very steep driveway and was concerned that just two technicians would be able to bring a heavy hot tub up that hill and back to my patio, but these two gentlemen put all their strength together and safely brought that tub up the hill and rolled it to my back patio. They did not complain one bit, unlike most of the contractors I've hired to do patio work have complained about the driveway. They were pleasant and polite and accomplished the hook up without any problems. If anyone deserves a paid day off, Tony and Wayland definitely do. Thanks to Arctic Spas of Colorado Springs for sending the best to my home. I strongly recommend Arctic Spa as well as Tony and Wayland for your next Spa purchase/installation.
