My initial experience was not positive. Mistakes were made during my project and one employee treated me unfairly. However, the GM Sam and the owner Joshua both reached out to me to apologize and remedy the situation. As a small business owner I understand the difficult task in maintaining integrity within your staff as it grows, and the challenges that come with managing people. I don’t expect perfection, and I am able to handle situations with patience and understanding when mistakes are made. I value companies that can do the same and I would recommend Camilas Marble after how they handled the situation.

Pictures speak for themselves. Not only did they do a very sub par job on this project, they are absolutely horrible at communication. I’ve called and spoke to sam and joshua about issues on this job since October 2023 , joshua came out and agreed to resolve the issues in November and has not answered my calls or gotten back to me since, I call at least once or twice a week. They had my clients wait for a visit the entire week of Christmas and no one showed up or called. This was my 3rd or 4th project with them and I had recommended them to many friends. It’s sad for a business to care so little. Very disappointed

Awesome experience with Camilas Marble from start to finish. They helped us upgrade 4 counters for bathrooms in house. From the time their office set up for a quote with Ryan , he was on time and got all he needed quickly. He was helpful in explaining types of options and various pricing when I went down to site to pick out products. During install Something on my end I had to change on one of bathrooms and the install guys (who were awesome too) helped get my question to owner who helped solve what looking to do. I appreciated the flexibility. Pricing was very reasonable compared with other quotes I received. And the products all were top level. Appreciate the ease to deal with everyone in the company. Definitely consider them for your work.

From start to finish, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. We talked to Amy on the phone and she was going to ship a larger slab of the granite we asked about so that it would keep the cost down. After visiting their shop, we chose a different slab and it was on sale. They installed the slab 2 days after Christmas and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Camila's Marble to anyone looking for a new countertop.

Two of the nicest gentlemen from Camilas installed my quartz countertops today (3/31). They were installing them for Legends kitchen and Bath and they did an excellent job. I did not catch their names, but they deserve recognition for the great job they did. My dad was a contractor and has experience in all the trades and used to build custom high end homes (he's retired now) and he was impressed with the quality job they did today, and their attention to detail (for instance it's the neatest/cleanest caulk job we've seen done in years). I would absolutely recommend Camilas to anyone looking to have countertops installed.

I wish to thank the owner, his niece Roxanne, and Sam for the EXCEPTIONAL service received from scheduling the precise measurements, to granite selection (with help from Sam and Roxanne), to installation, and delivered finished product as quoted for three bathrooms. I wish to again thank the owner for going above and beyond to honor his word. I am so pleased with the service, price, and product. I am now considering purchasing a granite counter for the master bathroom. You will not go wrong if you select Camila’s for your next remodel. Pics with double vanity blue and white tile counters (replaced with the dark granite undermount sinks) and beige tile counters (replaced with beige granite and dark vessel sink) are before installation. Green marble is a beautiful change to the powder bath, as selected with assistance from Roxanne. Forever grateful! The powder bath - previously my least favorite, is now my favorite bathroom. Update - After posting the review above we decided to raise the heigh and update our master bath counter (before and after pics). To say the very least, we are overjoyed with the granite selection of Blue Dunes and the finished product. We are so pleased that we are considering updating the kitchen island. I feel like anyone who gives this place a bad reveiw is a lazy bum... I had went to 7 other granite places to get quotes and to look at stone. I even went to their stobe dealers and looked at their selection... I did the running around for a week... So when I read about people crying they didn't get this or that. I just wonder how can u sit there and be so lazy and then blame the company... I couldn't be happier with Camilas!! I finally found the best price and the best customer service at Camilas! They were super professional when they talked to me and my wife, when we were picking our stone and they ever let US layout what part of the stone went where! Absolutely blown away with how amazing and kind this company was! Dont go anywhere else if u want granite.

Jesus referred us to Camilas. We had a quote and an install within 6 days! I was absolutely amazed by the customer service from beginning to end. Sam shared his knowledge about granite care. He also made sure we had the perfect matching composite sink. Andres did the template for us. The two gentleman who installed were friendly and got the job done quick. I love my counter tops! I can't wait to get the backsplash up next. I would recommend to all my family and friends to use Camilas!
