This is our third granite install ( Kitchen& 2 bathrooms) Stumbled upon Green Acres, they made this a quick, easy process. The company , from orders to installers have been wonderful, professional and very quick! I would definitely recommend this company.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME searching in other companies that will just beat around the bush. The people at Green Acres are absolute professionals that handled are request in a VERY timely manner compared to the other guys here in CS that are not even able to give a timely quote. Not to say about the results that were espectacular. Ian helped us out and fulfilled everything he offered in the time he offered, thanks so much.

Non responsive. Put in an email for some info, didn't hear anything back. Already had quotes from 2 other companies and a contract lined up before they could even get back to me. Your loss. Typical Colorado customer service : non-existent

Amazing company and great employees. Shopping around before found them. Huge selection. Kitchen remodel and the measurements by Bill was spot on but Ian was so professional and knowledgeable to help guide me. Fred the plumber was great too. Thank you so much. Will be back to do bathrooms next year.

In Sept 2020, my husband and I wanted to replace our old kitchen and bathroom laminate countertops. We did the legwork on researching the best company to do the job. And after very careful consideration, we decided to go with Green Acres Granite of Colorado Springs. Our initial contact with Taylor and Grace in their showroom was very positive: real courteous and accommodating. From the time they came to do the measurements to the time they installed the chosen granite countertops, our experience was very positive. The installers (Jason, Vince and plumber, Fred) were prompt, courteous, and very professional. I noticed that they worked very cohesively, constantly checking on each other, helping each other out as needed. They were very respectful of our property. After they were done with the installation, the main person took the time to explain the maintenance for the countertops. My husband and I were very pleased with the product and the workmanship. They dutifully came back on several occasions to work on some imperfections (natural imperfections of the granite slabs) to our satisfaction, even after a year had lapsed. And just recently, July18th, 2023, I called and spoke to Ian Forbes, Supervisor/Manager and my main contact, to have the plumber come out to resolve an issue with the sink connections in my basement bathroom (almost 3 years post installation!!!) And he was very gracious to explain that though it has been almost 3 years, he'd be happy to send out the plumber. I was happy beyond words. A company such as theirs, plus high caliber people working for them are truly exceptional and hard to find. They are not your mainstream, middle-of-the-road companies that unfortunately abound in our corporate society. My husband and I are just fortunate to have chosen them to do our project. They back up their product and the workmanship without reserve, truly customer-oriented. I highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating on upgrading their countertops!!!

I had countertops in the kitchen and in two bathrooms and a basement half wall topped. They did the plumbing and did an amazing job. They always arrived on time and were very professional. Ian the overall manager was great and always explained things clearly and the scheduling calls were very helpful. Bill that did the laser measuring was spot on and he was a jack of all trades and did sone extra finish work that went above and beyond what was expected. Overall a 5 star job !

Loving our quartz vanity! The whole process with green acres was so smooth, quick (2 weeks), and they were 1/3 the price that planet granite quoted us! Ian and Ranee were amazing! Thank you!!

I am in love with our new counters!
Renee and Ian were super helpful in helping us decide what was right for our kitchen remodel, and John and Luke installed it quickly and beautifully! Everyone was so kind and answered all our questions every step of the way (not to mention their patience with our 4- and 2-year-old boys “helping” and asking questions of their own!)
Highly recommend!

We remodeled our kitchen in January 2021 and I couldn't be happier with my new countertops. Green Acres walked us through each of the steps and promptly answered any questions we had. From slab selection to install was about 6 weeks. The installation crew was also very professional and kind.

We were first time Granite buyers. They have beautiful stones and Ian the sales Rep. is a very nice guy but we were very disappointed to see that we have a 6 inch overhang on our bevelled edge on our island. My wife was there during the final measurements but was never asked about this. I was told that the 6 inch overhang is standard practice (apparently even when there is no counter underneath) and that we should've asked about it. I felt the professionals should have asked the customer about design choices at the final measurements or at the final sign off but they felt it was our responsibility. I was never asked about the bevelled edge on my island. They would only fix it for more than 800 dollars. In addition to the overhang another piece was measured incorrectly and had to be cut on site to fit. When I spent $3000 on the granite I thought I would've have received better customer service and felt that I should've have been asked about design choices instead of the fabricator making that choice.

I couldn't be happier with my new counter tops and my experience at Green Acres Granite! Project Managers Braydon and Elaine made sure everything was accurate and were very accommodating with my crazy schedule. The templater (Josh, I think) was very professional and even agreed to measure an additional vanity top which I hadn't originally included. Jacob and Vince showed up right on time to do the installation and were also very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure to consult me when needed, responded to my questions, and cleaned everything up when done. And then of course there was Fred, the plumber who returned everything to perfect working order. Everyone I dealt with at Green Acres Granite were courteous and respectful which meant terrific customer service - something that seems to be in short supply at many businesses today. I won't hesitate to return when I'm ready for my bathroom counter tops!

Green Acres did a great job. The value for the price compared to the other granite place near by, was superior. The environment is friendlier, more relaxed, competent, and not uptight when you want to walk through the granite yard. They also do not charge $300 to seal the granite... it's included. The most popular edges, as seen in model homes, are included. They also gave a detailed quote up front, which allowed us to do an apples-apples comparison to the vague quote from the other fabricator. Sam took his time on a weekend to solve some minor install concerns we had. Sam, Kelly, Dave, Trevor, Heather, etc... all were helpful.
