The initial response was excellent, confirmation of cost upfront was a first for me, and Juan’s work was just what was needed. The follow-up from Justin was great, confirmed the good work was actually good, and gave us a couple recommendations. Noticing our shingle type and being able to provide a certificate for our insurance was just added bonus. We will be repeat customer.
It is my pleasure to recommend to everyone who reads this rave review that it was my fortune to find Cheyenne Mountain Roofing! An extraordinary representative inspected hail damage to my historic home's cedar shake roof, taking 60 photos for proof of destruction. He met with my insurance company on site to explain the extensive ruin, recommending that the entire roof, skylight, gutters and garage roof be replaced. He carefully chose tiles to match original shakes and gutters, and then persisted for ten months to work with the insurance company claims office to agree on a full replacement. In the end, the insurance company agreed to pay for the entire cost, including the quality material needed to ensure the esthetic beauty of the original roof. The exceptional professionalism, persistence and high standards displayed by Cheyenne Mountain Roofing was extraordinary. Both my home and garage have beautiful roofs, gutters and a lovely new skylight (including a remote) because of the outstanding work of Cheyenne Mountain Roofing. I now receive compliments by passers by all the time, and love to relate my story of the magnificent job accomplished by Cheyenne Mountain Roofing. I highly recommend this company as the best in Colorado. My gratitude has no bounds!

I had a great experience with Cheyenne Mountain Roofing. Aiden stayed in touch with us throughout the project, explained everything, answered questions, and did so in a friendly and professional manner. He stayed in contact with our insurance agent as well, making sure all necessary information was provided quickly. Our project manager, Ron, was also great and always let us know what time the crew was coming and what would be done. The roofing crew did an excellent job, arrived on time, and cleaned up everything. All in all, a positive experience. I highly recommend this company.

Justus, Ron and Celeste were so awesome. Prompt response to our email and calls plus our roof was done same day, 7a-1p. We were impressed. Our neighbor even said that he could barely hear the roofing crew working. I would definitely recommend Cheyenne Mtn Roofing.

The roofing and gutter crews was excellent, and the quality of work was superb! Our roof and gutters were installed in late January. The teams would arrive at 07:00 and worked till dark at 17:30, then clean up the yard of debris and leave at 18:30 after dark.
The foreman / sales rep. would inspect the progress and then reclean the site again after the installation was complete even inside the scrubs for stray nails.
Cheyanne Mountain Roofing is a great company to work with!

I was very pleased with the work done by Cheyenne Mountain Roofing to repair the hail damage my house incurred last summer. The replacement was completed in one (amazing) day. The quality of the work was outstanding. The project coordinator came by the next day to make sure everything was done and cleaned up to our satisfaction. There were two minor things I wanted changed and a technician came out the next day and made the changes. Great company to work with!

A huge thank you to the entire Cheyenne Mountain team! The first time I called, the receptionist was absolutely fantastic. She is personable, caring, & hilarious. I called on a Friday & had Justus out for an estimate the very next Tuesday. He was running a little late & we didn't get a call but when I called the office I was assured he was on his way! He listened & took his time to ensure he covered our problems. I had to email in a few times to get the estimate because it was sent to a misspelled email but it was quickly sorted! The estimate was $400 more than the original rough estimate given in person. After I sent in the signed estimate it was radio silence. I emailed twice, once to the office & once to the estimator, & never got a response. I called the office & the wonderful receptionist told me someone would call to schedule repairs when the materials got in. About a week later someone showed up to do the repairs, no calls for scheduling prior. He was absolutely amazing. I am blown away by the staff and the actual work but the communication needs work. I would absolutely recommend with a warning about the communication. Now that I know what to expect I'd 100% use them again!

Excellent experience! The work was completed in a timely manner. The roof looks great. Quality look! The roofing crew was excellent. Very courteous, professional, and did a great job caring for my property and cleaning up after the job was complete. I would / will use Cheyenne Mountain Roofing for my future roof needs! Very happy.
