Pierce roofing provided me EXCELLENT customer service and amazing quality when they replaced my roof and gutters after a hail storm. The team tore off and installed the new roof within 2 days, gutters took a couple hours and they replaced a broken skylight within like 30 minutes. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Not only did the physical work get done efficiently and with great quality but they did all the legwork with the insurance company as well! They were able to upgrade my roof to category 4 impact rated shingles and get the insurance company to pay for it. When the claims department at the insurance company wasn't responding fast enough Shain got it straightened out right away. I hope I don't need to any time soon but the next roof I need I know who I am calling first. THANK YOU!

I had Pierce perform a complete reroof of my flat roof home. The old roof was torn off down to the decking, repaired and a new tapered TPO membrane roof was installed, so no small job. From the first conversation, through the entire project this has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Damon Ollier was the supervisor on my project and not only was he always accessible, he was detailed and thorough all the way to the end of the project. His personable nature and professionalism are unmatched. This is key because my experience with many past contractors is that they will bend over backwards to get your business, but then tail off in customer service to a point of frustration as the job progresses. This was definitely not my experience. I highly recommend Pierce for any roofing job and will not hesitate to go right back to them anytime in the future. The crew did a fantastic job, focused on details and were very patient to get the job right while working around the weather to insure no compromise to the install.

There is no attic on this old house and when one of the ceiling boards received some damage Damon and his team communicated clearly and worked fast to make the necessary repairs. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I have a flat roof over my garage that has been leaking for years. The material was torch-down asphalt shingles and was pretty good, but for the HVAC folks who installed our mini-splits ended up making invisible holes in our roof by tipping the condenser unit on a hot day allowing the angle-iron feet to mush right through the roofing material. Pierce roofing came recommended by a General Contractor whom I trust (Joe Hunt). I generally like to see some “grey hair” out there, but he told me not to let Sam or Shain’s youth negatively impact my decision. Boy was he right. I worked with Shain and he was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He recommended EPDM for the roofing material. Well, as fate would have it, we had a hail storm the day before Shain came out for the estimate and I asked him to take a look at our house, pitched roofing shingles for hail damage. He suggested there would be claim. And he was correct. We had Pierce roofing do our shingled roof in one day! It was amazing. The flat roof, is much more complicated and the team that did that job led by Mariano, did an absolutely perfect job. I watched them like a hawk for the first day, but when I saw how careful and meticulous Mariano was, I knew he was going to do a good job (and he did.)
