The installer was excellent! He worked so hard the two days he was here, and his work was impeccable. The financing was difficult to work through, and we were passed from person to person over several days. I would have given 5 stars for everything if it wasn't for the financing trouble.

Our installer Mike came out to put in a walk-in shower. Mike was on time, very personable and easy to work with. It was a smooth process and Mike kept us posted on any obstacles during the installation. He also cleaned up after the work was completed. Solid work by a really good install tech! Thanks Mike!

I cannot say enough good things about NexGen! From the moment I contacted them for a quote to the departure of the installation crew, everything was amazing! We recently bought a new home, which badly needed an upgrade from the 29 year old wooden windows that were starting to fall apart. We ended up doing an 11 window project with NexGen after having a few different companies come out, and I'm so glad we decided to go with them. They have quality products, very competitive prices, and superior customer service. Vic came out to do the quote. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He was so helpful with the entire process of choosing the right products and design decisions. I didn't feel pressured or pitched by him at all, which was a relief after dealing with some other big name companies that constantly harass you. He was also very respectful of my home and took of his shoes when I asked. The installers, Eduardo and Noah, were phenomenal! They were so respectful of my home and cleaned up so well after themselves. Again, we are a no shoe household; both Eduardo and Noah took off their shoes every time before stepping inside and they were just so considerate of all my requests. Not only were they incredibly respectful and kind, but they were both obviously very skilled and knew what they were doing. They did a beautiful job and are definitely assets to the company! We had 90 degree heat on the day they finished installing, and I could already feel the difference in my home with the new Anlin windows. My home feels transformed and I love my new windows! If you're in need of new windows or doors, you can trust that NexGen will treat you like family and have your best interests at heart.

When a started my venture of calling companies to come to my home to give me a quote for replacement windows, Victor Belousov with Nex-Gen was one of two representatives out of 5 companies I called, that actually came, gave me all necessary information of the product, warranty, quote, along with how the installation process would work. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product he was giving me a quote on. Victor is so curteous,, he even removed his shoes each and every time he entered my home. He answered my many questions and was never pushy about selling the product, even though it took me several weeks to make a decision, he was consistent with follow up with me and he earned my trust with the company and product he represents. Now I'm anxiously awaiting the installation of my new windows and will leave a review for the product and the installation process after that happens. They replaced the door while I wasn’t home, and were completely trustworthy. I had an issue with my screen door a few weeks after the installation, and Jacob came out himself to fix the issue the same day. I’m so grateful for Next GEN.

Very professional, quality work and the process was easy, my wife and I had the representative from NEX-GEN come down and show us their products. Once we picked what we wanted, someone came back out for the measurements and to order the windows. The crew that installed the windows came to the house prior installation and introduced them selves. Shortly after they came in the house and made sure the covered every room they were working in with plastic on the rugs, blankets and even the path from the front door to where the rooms they were working in. They made sure that everything was clean, they made it that no one would of known they were even here. Great Job to Ruben and his crew!!!!!!!!!!!!
