BE CAREFUL. My LG refrigerator stopped cooling. I called this company and asked a direct question. “What is the labor cost to change a compressor?” Their answer was $185 minimum. $70 diagnostic. I said ok thinking it shouldn’t be more than $300 to change it since LG manufacture asked $449 flat rate including parts. Their technician showed up the next day. Nice guy. He checked the fridge and confirmed the compressor is defected and can get me a free compressor if I still have the receipt when I bought the fridge. I have it on my emails. Good deal??? He called me later telling me that it will cost me over $800 labor BUT free compressor. What a SCAM!!! I called LG. They fixed my fridge for $449 + tax including compressor.
I do NOT recommend them at all.
Fast efficient work with a friendly and knowledgable technician. Came out the same day I called. Reasonable prices. I will definitely call again when I need a repair!

Ilya, was thorough, efficient and quick. He diagnosed the problem with our dryer in a few minutes and fixed the problem perfectly!

My technician was incredibly friendly, quick and efficient! He diagnosed and fixed my oven in less than 2 hours, even discovering an additional problem that I had not noticed. Good price for excellent service—will absolutely use again for any future appliance repair needs!

Great and timely service. They were able to come out within a day to assess the problem, and quickly get the parts needed to complete the repair. Fair prices as well.

Bahram (the repair guy) was exceedingly nice. Fixed our fridge problem we had in short order. While he was here fixing the fridge, we asked him about a small issue with a burner on our electric range. He didn't have the necessary part to to repair the range (not his fault, we surprised him with the range question). But he ordered the part for the range while he was here. Then quoted me a repair price higher than I anticipated but the boss (my wife) said "it's my kitchen and things will work properly or not at all". We'll see the repair guy back in a few days to effect repairs.

Grateful for the response from appliance repair. They were quick to diagnose the issue for our dryer and had it fixed within 24 hours. Pricing was reasonable, will definitely use this business again in the future. Shoutout to Bahram for doing a great job.

Easy to make an appointment, received a text from the repairman before coming over with his name, he was on time and got to work asap. Diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate on the cost of the replacement part and labor. The initital call out price will go toward the repair. Very nice gentleman. Confident that he will fix our issue in a timely manner.

Bahram came to see several older appliances for a property I manage. He's was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He inspected several appliances. Said could not be repaired and simply needed to be replaced, and gave some suggestions. He also repaired the washer, working great now, and inspected dryer for free. Highly recommend!!!
