Our tech Christian arrived in the time window we were given, and spent an hour and a half disassembling and cleaning out the inside of our dryer, which was covered in an inch of lint and dust. This included a huge burnt clump of lint on top of the heating element (a burning smell was the reason for the service call). The dryer is working great now, and Christian was careful, thorough, and did an excellent job. Would hire again!

Mr. Appliance was quick to return my call and schedule the service call for the next day. I really appreciated this since I was doing extra laundry after my husband’s recent surgery. Chris Hawkins, our repairman, was prompt, courteous and quickly assessed the problem with our dryer. He had the parts necessary for the repair on his truck and efficiently completed the repair. I also thought the cost was very fair. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance!

Mr. Appliance will be my first call when I need help. 100% using them again! I just had Richard come out to replace the heating element on my dryer. Richard was fantastic, quick, and friendly. They even put their own mat on the door step and covers on their shoes (huge points with my wife). Also, the customer service rep (I think her name is Kelly) is also extremely helpful and knows how to make things happen. I really wanted to give 5-stars but on the first attempt to fix the dryer they had the wrong part and had to come back a different day. My dryer is unique and needed a special part so I understood the situation. They didn’t charge me for any extra time, or visits and were very professional handling the part mishap. Other than that, I have no complaints. Great company.
