Very easy to work with and great quality product. I've been purchasing tents from this company for years.
KD Canopy created a beautiful backdrop for a trade show we had recently. They did a great job of representing our brand and creating a banner that drew a multitude of compliments from our potential clients. I would highly recommend using them for all of your backdrop, banners, and canopy needs. They were even able to make a last minute change for us and get it back to us on short notice which was greatly appreciated. Their team has amazing customer service as well.

I needed a tent in a hurry and it needed to have our company colors and logo. KD did a great job of getting it done fast and with all the right graphics/colors. Then when I got the canopy, I was blown away with the quality. The frame has features that other canopies I have had didn't include. Even the canopy material feels like it is very strong. These little extras make it so easy to put up and take down. I am now a huge fan of KD Kanopy.

This was not only an amazing shopping experience but an amazing tent! My sales rep was very helpful. She helped me design my tent, sent me mockups, and answered a lot of questions. Once I got it the quality was even better than I expected.

Customer service is great and quality of canopy is good as well. The reason I give 2 stars is because the case to carry the canopy is more than bad; the second time we used the canopy and put it back in the case, it teared apart. The answer I received about the warranty is that the case comes complimentary and if I want to purchase a replacement bag I have to pay $60 plus shipping!! this is disappointing...
