Talked to Liberty at the Colorado home show and realized Dylan had been to our house before but we didn't purchase. We were very interested in the zipper shades and a security door. Dylan came to the house and was super helpful and informative. We decided to purchase and we are 100% glad we did. The install teams were great and the customer service is top notch. The zipper shades are true game changers in making our back patio comfortable and functional. With afternoon sun exposure we couldn't sit out and enjoy the space, now we can!
We live in the Denver area and our new Liberty awning is a replacement for an awning we had for nearly 30 years. Our new electric awning from Liberty has been installed for about 1 month, has been used almost daily, and is operating flawlessly. And it looks excellent - we’ve received countless compliments. The entire purchasing and installation process was easy. The sales rep we worked with was low stress, highly knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Our cost was fair and in line with our other estimates; Liberty had the best value. The gentleman who measured and laid out the design was wonderful and sharp. Because Liberty builds locally, the turnaround time was fast - just a few weeks and this was during their busy summer season. We did run into an installation issue, but Liberty’s team made it right. They were professional, kind, worked with us to correct the problems quickly, and they were fair and transparent. I’m writing this review because we had an issue and to emphasize that Liberty did right by me and my family. Highly recommend this company and their awning products.

I went into the showroom on County Line Road one day to look around. I had a friend who had an awning made for their patio and she was very happy with the whole process -- start to finish. I spoke to a salesman who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. After talking to the salesman snd getting my questions answered, I decided that afternoon that I wanted a motorized shade for the deck. They came out measured and it was installed in about 4 weeks. Everyone I was in contact with -- the salesman, the gentleman who measured, the installers -- made the experience with Liberty a great one,. I love my new shade!!

What a difference our new zipper blind from Liberty has made for us. We have a hot afternoon sun that can bake us when we are on our covered porch. The blind totally eliminates this issue and is attractive and well constructed. We can even use the blind to cool our house (kitchen eating area) and early results suggests it also decreases mosquitoes! The experience from quote (thank you Liam) to install was smooth and professional.

The whole team at Liberty were fantastic to work with. We had a great experience with Liam, at the initial meeting and estimate for our new sun shade! I loved that every step was on time and with a named resource to support. The total lead time was really quick and the install was just under an hour! Best of all, the quality of the product is exactly what we expected.I would highly recommend this team.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! From the time I emailed with interest, within 24 hours had an email back and appointment set up. Stu came out and was so incredibly helpful and informative to help me decide the product that would be best for me. I felt no doubt going with Liberty Home Products based on the great customer service and knowledge Stu provided. The office contacted me immediately to set up both appointments - measurement and installation. For both appointments, they showed up promptly on time and did great work. Diego and George did my installation and were fantastic! Great work, awesome service. Couldn’t be happier - the shade I bought provides the perfect privacy from my neighbors in my townhome.

I’m not one to leave reviews but it’s worth warning consumers. This has been the worst home service project experience and I’ve done over 1000 real estate deals plus 15 fix and flips. The design was incorrect, the installers have been out three times and each time they identified new problems. A four hr install has turned into over three weeks, 5 emails and 7 phone calls. One of the two shades is still sitting on the ground and the other is installed correctly, with no electrical or safety cables. Getting my $ back is proving to be a time consuming challenge. Highly recommend AGAINST this company.
