Hardly any variety of sinks. Very low quality custom service. And the dog there nipped my husbands leg.

We have used Buy & Build for a bathroom and outdoor kitchen. Dana was super helpful, and their follow through on our projects was great. Super happy with the product and service.

I made a purchase of a large bathroom vanity several years ago. It has been great! I have really appreciated the way it has held up. It has been everything we hoped for.
A few days ago I purchased another vanity for a smaller bathroom we have. Antonio helped me and I really appreciated his professional yet personal touch. I highly recommend Build and Buy and give two thumbs up to Antonio as well.

After years of dreaming of a kitchen remodel and getting plans and quotes from several places, Buy and Build was recommended to us by a contractor friend. They were by far a better experience than the custom high price cabinet store and the international fad store. Antonio, the manager was a delight to work with. He went above and beyond in designing our kitchen and telling us about options. Numerous visits and phone calls, as well as emails, we chose to order from BUY AND BUILD. Antonio was honest, friendly and fun. He put some much effort into what we wanted and what would look good. He gave suggestions as well. And the best part is they were cheaper than every place we received Not to mention great quality. I was really nervous about this big purchase. Antonio gave me design a.d organizational tips which helped so much. My husband and I owe Antonio dinner and drinks! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Antonio and Buy and Build.

We were very impressed with both the quality of the cabinets and the excellent customer service that we have received here. We bought some (now discontinued) Timberline cabinets for the kitchenette in our basement. We were blown away by the price and very, very pleased with the quality for the price we paid. All of the employees that we interacted with were helpful and worked to help us select the right products to fill our space, making sure we had all the proper spacers and end pieces, etc. I'm surprised by some of the negative comments, we are in no way connected to or affiliated with this business, but it is the first place I would stop for my cabinet needs in the future!

They got in one cabinet, didn't call me, I stopped by. They ordered the others. They said NOT to call them or they'd call me back when they weren't busy, read my phone # back to me. It was correct, then said they had the wrong number, someone named Rachel/Friends? kept answering. :0) Employees were "very" nice. Loved Romeo, the onsite dog. Just not a good BUYING experience. 12 weeks is too long to keep asking ARE MY CABINETS IN! These SAME cabinets are available online, shipped to your front door.

Josh and Cindy are total life savers. Purchasing cabinet with Buy and Build has been a great experience. They helped us redesign our layout and provide professional drawings. Their entire staff is fabulous. Great customer service, quality product and affordable pricing. I 100% recommend Buy and Build for your cabinet needs.

I attempted to put some cabinets myself by following the "picture" directions. After several failed attempts I called the store and spoke with Courtney who tried to help me over the phone, when that didn't work he and Josh worked together to find a time for Josh to come help. Josh arrived when he said he would, fixed my mess and finished putting together the cabinet for me. I was very happy with Buy and Build, Inc customer service. I look forward to visiting their new showroom.

I am convinced the positive posts for BB are friends of the company. If you value quality and your money, don't go here. I agree with the last poster, Josh is the most unhelpful and condescending person I have ever dealt with. He would like to think that he knows what he is talking about, but after dealing with him and buying their products, I 100% disagree that he knows design work. I had my kitchen installers tell me that I should get an attorney to get my money back due to the poor quality product, poor workmanship, poor planning and design work. Buy and Build does not offer any warranty whatsoever, so buyer beware. That should have been my first clue, but I also paid them to put together the cabinets. Whoever put these together was either blind or didn't know how to put them together. I had to make so many alterations and in some cases, I am just stuck with what I have. Many of the doors and drawers are crooked and not lined up. Again, coming from professional installers, they said BB products were awful. What is funny is that Josh told me they couldn't get me one full panel piece on my island, yet, I went to my local cabinet place and bought one for 1/2 the cost of what Josh quoted me for two. Again, if you value quality and your money, you will go somewhere else. Fortunately, I found another place, which I will use for my bathrooms. Exact style and color of cabinets that I got from BB, so I don't have to worry about match up. Difference - customer service and quality.

Josh is the worst employee there. From start to finish he acts like a big shot, talks really fast, and very condescending. When I asked him anything, he would huff and puff and repeat himself even faster without explaining much of anything. Extremely unprofessional and immature. He pushes customers out rather than attracting them for more business. I wish I had worked with Pete because he helps tremendously and was extremely kind and thorough in explaining sizes and prices. The quality of the cabinets are great, some missing parts but they help you out with that. My only negative in this entire experience was Josh. Besides that, everything was awesome. When you walk in just ask for a different respresentative to work with, preferably Pete. I hate to rate this business off the employee. But it had to be done in order to avoid a horrible experience for future customers. I’m sure I would have done 5 stars if it was a different employee but same cabinets.

I am legally blind, so I can't drive. I lost my ride when my husband passed away. I'm working feverishly to complete home renovations, so that I can sell the house (I do not need a 3bed, 2bath). I needed two satin-nickel pulls for the kitchen cabinets that we bought from Buy & Build. The cabinets worked out very well, they were easy to assemble and look great. But, I miscounted the number of door pulls I needed. The pulls are inexpensive (no problem) , BUT how was I going to go to the store and pick them up? Pete came to my rescue! He lives not far from me and volunteered to drop them off. Talk about customer service that goes above and beyond. Thanks Buy & Build, and thanks, Pete! :D

I bought a set of kitchen cabinets, a kitchen sink, a kitchen faucet, and 2 bathroom faucets from Buy and Build and was totally delighted by the staff and the customer service I received through the whole process. They were very helpful and courteous in helping me put my order together. The product was in stock so I was able to take delivery immediately and finish my home improvement project in a timely manner not to mention the significant savings I realized in purchasing these items from Buy and Build. I saved close to 50% over the prices I was quoted at other stores and even more on the faucets. I am planning on doing another project in the future and will certainly be shopping at Buy and Build. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in saving money on their home improvement project.

I remodeled my kitchen and 3 baths last year, after visiting 2 of their competitors, I selected Buy & Build. My decision was not based upon price alone, although they were slightly less expensive than their closest competitor.
I was surprised that they offered the same kitchen and bath vanity cabinets, the vanities were less expensive than anywhere I looked.
My only issue was with the salesperson I dealt with, he did not follow my contractors blueprint and I wound up with an inch overlay of upper cabinets which would have gone beyond a kitchen window. He he did not order the correct number of cabinets which delayed the installation by a couple of weeks. Buy & Build handled these issues without any problem and they replaced a door front which was scratched when I opened the box.
Overall, I am pleased with my decision.
