I recently did a kitchen remodel with Alana at the Colorado Springs showroom. It started with getting new wood floors in, so thought it was time to update the island and that changed into a reworking of my lower cabinets and a huge new island. What I appreciated about Alana was she had a lot of patience with me and was always prompt in her response time. The new kitchen has much better flow and functionality. I love everything about it and can't think of anything I would have changed. It's everything I hoped it would be!

Our designer Jacque certainly made this process come together as we were able to see her vision on the drawings. We truly just love it. She suggested where to go for lighting, appliances and sink options. I would recommend them but I found them through my contractor Saguaro Company. My remodel was completed in 3 weeks from demo to finished.

UPDATE: I contacted David after they responded to my Google review - they were extremely responsive. The designer I was working with no longer works there. I will be meeting with a new designer but am impressed that they took the time to take care and listen to me. They helped us with our office cabinets, we chose J&M because 1) we wanted the same Omega cabinets we have in the rest of the house. 2) they are relatively close to us. It was OK service, not blown away no amazing design ideas, just average. We have since attempted to get someone from J&M to help us with cabinets for our kitchen, 3 TIMES!! Very enthusiastic in the beginning but then NOTHING, no return calls or emails, clearly the job wasn't big or profitable enough for them. I really want to support small business but this company is awful.
