I had this done one yr ago. The sidewalk is no longer a trip hazard so that’s great. but I’m not happy with how it looks. The holes drilled to pump up the sidewalk were supposed to dry similar color to the sidewalk but look very dark. Worse, the gap between the pads was filled in with caulking instead of concrete and looks terrible. A1 was very nice and came back to try to fix this by recaulking and pouring sand on the surface of the caulk. However It still looks pretty bad to me. If you don’t have a big crack and don’t care about dark spots it might be fine but not something I would recommend unless functionality is your only concern.

Excellent customer service from A1. Gary came out for the initial look of the garage and was super helpful and honest what needed to be done. The guys that showed up to do the work put up plastic on the walls to protect the wall from the mud jacking process. The guys were really friendly and communicating really well with us. They went over everything before starting and went over everything after they finished. I would highly recommend A1 for any concrete leveling service.
