Condor Concrete did a great job at a reasonable price for high quality work with superior customer service and communication. They tore out my old driveway covered with asphalt, my sunken and broken garage floor and patio. They came up with a creative way to fix my old, broken patio, over pouring it with 3 1/2 inches of concrete with plenty of rebar tied into the house. I know it's solid and looks great. They were always prompt. Socorro, the owner, has a hard working team of good guys who know what they are doing. He is up front answering, any questions I had from beginning to completion. When I had a few concerns after they had completed the job, he returned to show and talk to me about proper care of the new concrete. Very impressed with his company and their values of integrity and honesty.

I had Condor Concrete do our residential driveway in mid-November. They did a great job, but wanted to give it a few months before writing a review. What I can say for sure is that they did a great job on the concrete, including the slope and drain plan. There is a spot off the concrete that sometimes blocks the flow of melting snow, but that is my fault and not that of Condor. As long as I keep the swale clear, the melting snow runs off the side of the driveway before the garage and keeps the driveway free of ice. Thanks to the Condor team.

Condor just finished a job for us- stamped, colored concrete patio in our backyard and a walkway from front to backyard. They did a phenomenal job with it all. Responsive, came when they said they would, did the job exactly as bid, and on the timeline they gave us. Their bid was extremely competitive and even more so after seeing the work they did. I never write recommendations on any websites but I felt compelled to this time since it is so hard to find honest, hardworking, responsive contractors of any kind out there. True Professionals!! Socorro and his team provided us with an estimate to place a patio on our house. From the moment we got our estimate to the final product this group was extremely professional. Sergio came to the house for the estimate, Ricardo led the grounds crew, and Socorro (the owner) was present for the concrete pour, stamping, and sealing of the patio (I wish I could remember all the crews names, they were all amazing young men). What an awesome experience. I dealt with another company in the past and the Littleton based company "No-Showed" us.....Not Condor Concrete, they stayed true to the timeline they provided!! Sergio communicated with us every step of the way and the company kept their promises of the work to be conducted. I am very particular about work being done to our home, Condor Concrete did not let me down!! I cannot say enough about this company and the crew conducting the work. Each day they would ensure the area was cleaned of all equipment and all trash/debris was picked up. The integrity and professionalism of Condor Concrete was top notch. I had the privilege of talking with the entire group throughout the process and each and every person working with this company were extremely nice, and respectful. As far as the patio......WOW, the patio they poured is beautiful, they definitely know what they are doing. If you are looking for concrete work to be done around your house, I highly recommend Condor Concrete.
