Working with Efficiency Garage Door Service was great. Caleb came out shortly after my first call to provide me a quote for a new garage door and then did a great job with the full install and later replacement of a damaged panel. And Joelle and Danielle in the office were super helpful and communicative with getting me the info I needed for HOA approval of the new garage door and with walking me through options for dealing with the panel that came damaged from from the manufacturer. I would absolutely recommend working with them for you garage door needs.

I called after a power outage damaged our garage door opener. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician called ahead to say when he was coming and showed up on time. He fixed our door, cleaned up after himself, and did the work as promised. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

From talking to the Scheduler to working with the Tech (Jacob) my experience with Efficiency Garage Door was worth 10 stars if they were available. The motor on my "ancient" garage door opener was shot. Jacob took the time to explain what needed to be done with it as well as explain all of the other issues with my door. He then worked his tail off to make everything like new. I probably opened and closed the door about 20 times last night just to hear how quiet everything is now! I highly recommend using Efficiency.

Damaged lift cables. It was a pleasure having Matt come out to repair and align the door. He did a general inspection and lube. The door is quieter and smoother than it has been in years (even after another well known company replaced springs and did a "tune-up" a couple of years ago). Highly recommend!

Jacob carefully explained why we needed to have new garage door sensors installed and clearly explained how our garage door worked.
