My kitchen remodel is gorgeous! Bill thought of every aspect to make it a wonderful space. He paid attention to detail and made sure work was done to perfection. I don’t think anyone could have done a better job. And to top it off, he is a genuinely nice guy.
Kalin Construction and our designer worked together to develop the detailed plans for the remodel of our entire home (kitchen, baths, reconfigure rooms, lighting, plumbing, doors & windows, etc.). Kalin Construction provided input to our design plans for feasibility and constructability. Bill Kalin (owner) and his craftsmen have integrity, flexibility, and a commitment to high standards. Bill Kalin has stood behind his work with his outstanding warranty and commitment to follow up. We are very pleased with Kalin Construction’s capability to turn our plans into reality.

I am a real estate investor who has worked with Kalin Construction for over 10 years on a variety of Restoration and Remodeling projects. Bill's attention to detail is spot on and his team members working on my projects are quality. If you want something done right the first time around call Kalin Construction.

We moved to Denver from NJ and purchased a 100 year old house with a very leaky flat top garage. After many, many efforts to find a local contractor to put an "A" frame roof over the garage and many empty promises, we finally found Bill Kalin. Bill presented a work plan, schedule, materials list and cost estimate for each phase. He met with us regularly, introduced his workers obtained engineering and permits. At the end of the day, the garage looks great, we are happy, and we refer Bill regularly to our kids and friends without hesitation.

We are very glad we hired Kalin Construction handle our garage replacement project. We had a very specific design we wanted, and Bill Kalin worked with us to do all of the detailed plans and permitting along with handling the actual construction project. We've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and Kalin's team is one of the best. They showed up as promised, did excellent high-quality work, kept the job site clean and organized, and stayed exactly on timeline and budget. All that and they are just nice people to work with. Highly recommended.
