We are currently in the process of closing on our first home and ended up needing a very quick closing. Axium was able to get the house inspected with a same day appointment which we were super thankful for! We were not able to be onsite for the inspection, but our realtor was there, and she had no complaints. The report was delivered to us very quickly and the system they use was very user friendly. The report was very thorough, and pricing was fair! I would definitely use Axium in the future if we needed.

I felt confident that the inspection was thorough and Kyle did everything he could to provide us with a detailed inspection report. Kyle was prepared and willing to answer any and all of our questions. I really appreciate the online portal provided by Axium. It's easy to navigate with great features like search by room or inspection item. The report itself was easy to download and available within less then an hour upon inspection finalization.
