Avoid at all costs. I set up an appointment, drove 20 miles, and he was not there. His daughter, who needed a translator, showed me some samples and said he would call me back. he never did. When I called back, he asked me to drive and to show up again so that HE could take a sample, totally unconcerned about the fact that he was a no show the first time, and I would have to drive 20 miles once again for his highness to take a look. Extremely poor customer service and uncaring. Maybe he provides better service if you speak Spanish.
