11/06/20: Still waiting for completion. Any update Frank?
I have been waiting nearly one year to have a chair re-covered, and it is still not finished. I have left numerous texts and phone messages, but can get no one to return my inquiries, and have no idea if and when the job will be completed. They seem to still be in business, although the business number is never answered.
Took quite a bit longer than expected but our chair looks absolutely fantastic! We’re very pleased.

We had Frank reupholster a 40+ year old lazy boy sleeper sofa that we wanted to keep. Frank came down with samples and was really friendly and helpful. He did a spectacular job and we were thrilled about how it looked. He even moved the sofa back to the basement for us which was no easy task. Frank even made a few pillows and arm rest shams for us out of the extra material free of charge. Frank and his crew went above and beyond for us. Thanks so much Frank, we really appreciate it! I had two Victorian Baker loveseats and a wingback chair with ottoman that belonged to my grandmother. I wanted them reupholstered and updated to fit into my new home. Frank brought my vision to life and then some! The craftsmanship is top notch, as is the service. They did take a little longer than I would have liked but we weren’t in a rush to get them back. Would definitely recommend Frank to anyone!

OUTSTANDING CUSTUMER SERVICE!!! I had a lazy boy recliner re-upholstered in July 2016 – and meant to write a review then :( The price was great, the quality of workmanship was excellent, and all scheduling estimates were exact. I then noticed recently that the back of the chair was loose. I contacted Frank and not only did he immediately agree to look at it but he offered to come to my house and pick it up. He picked it up, repaired it, and returned it within 3 hours-no charge!! Thank you Frank for a job extremely well done. You are an inspiration for all businesses. Linda K
