Mario was super responsive, knowledgeable and available when our AC went out. I contacted him first thing in the morning and he was able to come within a few hours which I appreciated on a 92 degree day. His remedy was quick and efficient. We will use him again if anything else comes up!

I can’t more highly recommend 360 Heating and Air Conditioning But that is totally because of their technician, Mario Garcia. He came to get my swamp cooler up and running but he went Way beyond that. He explained how it worked, how to turn it on and what to do if I had trouble with it. But he didn’t stop there. He helped me to understand how my boiler worked and showed me all of the different areas where it could be turned on. He also helped me with my steam shower as well as offering to set up a small air conditioner which he suggested I wait to set up until I felt how the swamp cooler worked. He showed me how to turn on my gas fireplace!! I think he would have painted my house if I asked!! Good service is hard to come by but this was GREAT service!! Don’t hesitate to call this company!! A Very Satisfied Customer
