I always dread having to move, besides being so stressful, unless you have used a moving company before, you never know who is going to show up to move your stuff. I called All The Right Moves and ended up speaking with Marty (the owner) and after a few minutes on the phone with him I knew this move was going to go well. Marty was kind and helpful and setting up my move was a piece of cake. The crew showed up on time and were supper nice and very professional!! And when one of them ended up not being able to come (I had requested 4 people), Marty showed up and filled in for him!! There were no hidden fees, just the hourly rate that Marty had quoted me and the crew worked fast and efficiently. It was one of the best moving experiences I have ever had!!!

All the Right Moves just completed our move. I could not have been happier with this company! Marty was so easy to book with over the phone and Matthew and Thomas were amazing. Despite temperatures of over 100 degrees, they were polite, respectful and worked so hard! Any move is a stressful one, but these guys made for a great day. Thank you Marty, Matthew and Thomas. You are the absolute best!

We recently used All the Right Moves for our relocation and were extremely disappointed with the overall service. I would not recommend them to anyone. Despite reading positive reviews, our experience was marred by several issues that significantly impacted the efficiency and cost of the move, adding stress to our move instead of alleviating it. The main issue we had was with their packing strategy, or lack thereof. Though it seems obvious you would want furniture to be prioritized by movers over boxes, the team left behind large furniture items, causing an unnecessary second trip. Additionally, we were only informed after the truck was fully loaded that not all items could be transported. Further issues can be found below.

All the issues listed below were communicated to the company.

Time Management and Efficiency:
Late Start: The moving team unnecessarily spent 20 minutes repositioning the van, causing a delay. Although 15 minutes were deducted from our bill, the move started at 10:00 AM instead of the scheduled 9:30 AM.

Extended Loading and Unloading Time: Even though we prepped and wrapped 90% of our fragile items, the loading process took an excessive 3.5 hours. To save time and costs, we requested that all boxes be unloaded into the garage and helped move lighter items ourselves. Despite this, unloading still took 2 hours.

Uneven Work Distribution: One team member was notably less active than the other, making one trip for every three his colleague made. This disparity extended the overall moving time.

Communication and Coordination:
Poor Coordination and Ignored Requests: The team did not communicate effectively, often asking us the same questions repeatedly. Despite our requests to prioritize large furniture items, they assured us everything would fit in one load. After loading the truck, they informed us a second trip was needed, leaving behind large pieces of furniture that we couldn't move ourselves.

Summary:
Our move took significantly longer and cost more than anticipated due to the team's inefficiency and poor communication. Better adherence to our requests and proper packing strategy could have avoided the second trip. The service provided added to the stress of moving rather than alleviating it.

We communicated these concerns to the company, and while Marty acknowledged the feedback, the resolution process was highly disappointing. His insistence on a personal visit felt unnecessary and somewhat intimidating. We were only offered a partial refund for an hour, which did not even cover the second, unnecessary trip.

Overall, this was one of our worst experiences sharing feedback with a company. Our detailed complaints were largely ignored, leaving us extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the response. We hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve their services and prevent similar issues for future customers.

We had a death in the family and needed to move everything out of an apartment right away, to avoid paying rent for the month. I contacted Marty (the owner) who couldn't have been nicer or more understanding. I'd already tried other movers but everyone was booked for the time we needed.

Marty was able to accommodate us for exactly the day and time we needed (in two days!) and his rates were one of the lowest, and rates included 2 movers and a truck. They charge beginning when they leave their location, so the closer you are, the less you might pay.

Marty called the evening before to confirm, which I appreciated. The movers showed up right on time, worked hard and fast, and knew what they were doing. They were careful and had a good plan to unload everything into the storage unit so we could access everything later.

I am very happy with their service and kindness, as well as professionalism, and will use them again if needed.

Marty (Owner) and another gentleman moved my fathers furniture out of an Assisted Living Facility earlier today here in Denver and into a storage facility. This is the second time I've used this company. Small, family owned business and they're absolutely amazing. Extremely punctual, very professional and just all around good guys. Used his kids the first time and now the owner and another gentleman. Fantastic to work with and prices are very reasonable. You won't be disappointed!

We thought we’d never get our couch up to our fourth floor 1950s apartment but Marty, the owner, and his two sons, Josh and Matthew, accomplished this task most effortlessly. They have quick availability and I think Marty squeezed us in at the end of their day which was very much appreciated. I honestly didn’t think this could be done but they hoisted our beast of a couch up in about 1 minute, no kidding. Amazing work. Marty and his sons are just polite and were wonderful to meet. I feel even more happy knowing that we supported a family business. Expectations exceeded.
