Landmark Brokerage
I hired them because we have what clearly looks like an encroachment. Based on the boundary lines in the survey, it looks like it should be an encroachment. It was not identified as an encroachment. There are other inconsistencies, both to clear to the eye, and measurable, between the landmarks identified and the boundary lines. When I mentioned this to them, they said “We gave you too much information” and sent me a new survey that omitted various boundary points and rebar that they found. In addition, the survey didn't even include the boundary point they themselves set. I left this review a bit ago now and still no response from the company. I would implore them to come to the site and see in person, with the survey, what I am actually talking about.

I highly recommend this company because not only were they very professional and courteous, but they were able to get the job done sooner than what they quoted me. When the gentleman came out to do the measurements, he was very polite and answered all of our Questions and concerned. I highly recommend hiring them.

Paid for a product. Never received. Not recommended.
Background...I ordered and paid for a site plan per Jefferson county for a building permit. I chose Colorado ilc because they had bought out the company that had done the previous survey on our property. One would have thought it would be simple to put a garage onto that plan. Far from it. The company sent an individual out at least two times, maybe three and still has not delivered a plan or anything for that matter to do with the plan. I have received nothing for the money that I paid other than a lot of frustration and hot air from the company.
Today, I get a email from the individual that came out to my property not anybody from management mind you asking me if this project is still open or whether they could close it out...thieves, I say thieves.
Again, do not use this company if you do not have to.

We have used many survey companies and had mixed experiences. Colorado ILC has been the most competent, responsive, and accommodating to real estate transaction deadlines. Thank you Jennifer and team - we look forward to continuing to work with you!

Best surveyor in the area! Top notch service. Great communication the whole time. Answered all my questions quickly. I needed to get my home property line surveyed with a land survey plat on my property to determine the boundary lines and replace my fence. Jennifer, Michael, Josh, and Chris got me squared away! A+++ and are highly recommended. Thanks again!

Adam and his team with Colorado ILC Services has been outstanding to work with. As an Architect - I have worked with him several times in the past and always is very prompt and detail oriented. They really are out to serve their customers to deliver a product that they expect. I would recommend Colorado ILC Services to anyone for surveys!

I had contacted a different survey company and was left hanging so I reached out to Colorado ILC Services, Inc. And received a response the same day and the whole process took less than two weeks! Colorado ILC Services saved our transaction! They were able to perform an ILC in the Coal Creek Canyon at a very affordable price, even with a rush fee, and turned it in less than a week. Thank you for your services, I will recommend you highly to clients in the future.
