Have worked with Flawless Steel for 6 years now, and could not be more proud of what Victor and the guys/girls have accomplished. Their strive to be technologically advanced and always wanting to improve their shop and field capabilities makes them a reputable company in the structural welding industry. Flawless was contracted to provide numerous and highly complicated structural support and reconfiguring services at a location within eye view of Union Station. With constant Structural Engineering resubmittals to the city out of anyone's control and logistical nightmares the crew went above and beyond on my site. I really appreciate the professional and get it done at all costs attitudes of all.

I have been working here for the past year, actually joined in March 2023. I got the opportunity to learn a lot under the guidance of the founder and owner, Victor Garcia. I have 10 years of detailing experience, and Victor identified my abilities for the Estimation and Detailing Manager role. He offered me the opportunity and invested his trust. I joined as an Estimator/Detailing Manager without any prior experience, but I need to appreciate Victor's vision and judgment. I am grateful for my boss's patience in teaching me everything. However, I'm new to estimation and the shop fabrication process. The team with strong ethics and values makes me feel valuable and included, and they are available whenever I need help in any technical way. Along with Victor, the FSW team has played a significant role in paving a new path in my career.
