Fingers crossed but I hope this is the end of my sliding door woes. Despite all the issues I have had (windows, screens and the sliding door on a new house), Sierra Pacific has stood by their product with the end goal of customer satisfaction.

In 2000 we built our custom home and used Sierra Pacific aluminum clad wood windows for our project. Over the years we began to experience seal failure issues with numerous windows. The folks at Sierra Pacific were quick to address the problem and replaced all the windowpanes with the seal failure issues. Subsequently, the problem persisted, and SP continued to address the issue in a timely manner. During the process I came to find out that our order for our windows was one of the first orders SP produced as they entered the window market and there were problems with the sealer used on the panes. Even after the 20-year warranty expired, SP continues to service the issue and has been a shining star in regard to their service commitment. I have worked with Vera in their service department through the entire process and am amazed at her level of service which she has offered to us as an intermediary between we, factory and local management. She is a rockstar. We would greatly recommend SP as a manufacturer of quality windows and doors and cannot emphasize enough about their level of commitment to quality of their produce and service.

We had a great experience with Matt and his team at SPI on one of our commercial projects. Even though they are one of the largest wood window manufacturer's in the country Matt was extremely responsive and attentive. He was easy to reach and provided help and expertise for us to find the right windows for the project. Lead time did take a while but the product was high quality and their installers were great. I would highly recommend SPI for anyone buying wood windows.
