About a year ago, I purchased a 2-year plan that covered one furnace and one A/C tune-up per year. I just called to schedule and was transferred to Fix-it 24/7. Apparently Fix-it 24/7 bought CO Discount Heating & Cooling and are not honoring previous agreements. Existing customers weren’t notified. Loyalty and customer care mean nothing anymore.

This company is a scam. I paid them to install a new furnace, but they didn't install it properly. The heat exchanger didn't vent properly and was pumping CO into the residence. I'm just glad nobody was hurt. There was blockage on the double-wall flu and they didn't test the pressure. The improper installation also lead the new furnace to be damaged and I have to get a new one. Their customer service wasn't helpful - they admitted that their tech who installed my furnace has a history of problems and complaints, but they won't do anything to make me whole.
