I recently used Burnett Land Surveying to do a boundary survey on my property in Hartsel. Very reasonable and I my survey was completed in two weeks. Great local company.
We contacted a few companies in the area to get a quote for a boundary and topo survey, and Tom got back to us right away. Their prices are fair and they are local to Fairplay, so they don’t charge “an arm and a leg” to drive their equipment from Denver.
Tom was very honest and upfront about their timeline, they do get busy. We were not in the rush and gave Tom a go ahead for whenever he’s ready.
We were pleasantly surprised to get an email that our survey was completed exactly on time and before the snow!
The price was what we agreed on and there were no hidden costs.
Tom was very gracious to answer all of our questions about perimeter corners and even sent out a crew to get us exact GPS coordinates for those.
Our finished map was sent to us via mail and we were able to pay with a check, so no need to take an extra trip if you don’t live in the area.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Burnett Land Surveying and we will definitely contact Tom if we need another survey.

Tom is excellent and he is very FAST to respond via email! He knows his stuff and was able to provide some examples of previous surveys done. I would definitely work with Tom again!

Called in July for a Survey previously done by him. Gave him all the info and Property Assessor Info etc... he said ok he can get out there and send me a report within 3-5wks.
It is now mid October and still nothing called to follow up and he stated Call someone else he is too busy. Asked what happened in July and he said it’s just that time of Year. Don’t know what that has to do with what he said would take 3-5wks to Re-Survey and added me on the Calendar. Now I have to hurry up and find another Surveyor because he forgot and lost the info.

We have used Tom several times - always a very good and positive experience. I have no problems recommending him or his services.

Great service! You need to plan and be ahead of the season in this industry. If so, you will be 100% satisfied, if not your give a bad review which should be on yourself for not planning :) Thanks for all you do for us at Jeremiah Johnson Log Homes!

Mr. Burnett is a wonderful professional and goes way beyond ones highest expectations!! He is highly competent, very reliable and very fair!!

Called for an estimate. Was told they'd get back to me in a few weeks and I've never heard from them. That's been months ago.
