Brandon clearly communicated what he was working on and tolerated me watching him and peppering him with questions while he was working. He gave me several days/times he was available to choose which worked best for me and was very deliberate about communicating multiple times and well in advance when he was running late. Truly appreciate his professionalism.
After Brandon was done, everything seemed good. He had replaced tub fixtures and the next day, I found that the basement floor was soaked. He did come out and fix the problem and while he was there, he was going to install a toilet seat. The toilet seat was broken, so he offered to exchange it and to install it. We set an appointment and he didn't show. I contacted him and we set another appointment. He didn't show and I have tried to contact him about 5 different times with no response. At this point, I just want my $30 toilet seat returned. Initially, he rescheduled appointments, but he did communicate. I was patient with him and he was well paid. I don't understand why he won't return the toilet seat. Beware

I needed an old antique closet door hung, which wasn't plum nor square. Brandon's work on it far exceeded any expectations I had had and his work was impeccable! He was very communicative, friendly and flexible working with my schedule to get it done. I would highly recommend him!! Thanks again Brandon!

Brandon did a great job installing a storm door at one of my investment properties. He is friendly, polite, and pays attention to detail. I recommend Northern Colorado Handyman and look forward to hiring them for future projects.

Northern Colorado Handyman did a great job on the finishing touches of a house remodel for us: trim, fireplace hearth, a custom stove hood and more. Very responsive, punctual, honest and hardworking. Grateful to have them.
