Major disappointment. I came in for some parts to connect a hose for a waterslide to a pool return about 4 feet away. Not only was the guy confused about what I was trying to accomplish, and couldn't supply the connectors, he suggested that I buy 50' length of hose for $78 "to get started". Went to Home Depot and solved the problem myself
It has what you need, the service is good and the guys are really knowledgeable. The only issue is sometimes they don't have enough of what you need as they are one of the few places that sell pool and spa stuff and focus specifically on that service.

A big Thank you to Kyle in the Fort Collins location for his excellent customer service...I needed a replacement filter for my Hot Tub and Kyle took the time out of his busy schedule to research and order the correct filter. He followed up the next day with a call letting me know when the filter would be delivered. Great service Kyle....

I heartily endorse this business... the help (and education) I've gotten from Kyle and Brendon has been great. I actually bought my hot tub elsewhere, fairly recently, but tried out High Country Pools & Spas for some water analysis and to get some supplies. I've been in 4 times now, and each time, the guys are knowledgeable, helpful, patient and willing to educate me on getting the best results from the products I buy and the maintenance on my tub. I've seen a couple of the "Zingers" on the reviews, and it makes me wonder if it's the same company we're talking about, or individuals, for that matter. I'll be coming back and sharing my experience with others, hopefully steering more customers their way. Good people, great experience for me, consistently... and I'm not one to casually throw around compliments. Thanks, Kyle and Brendon... appreciate you both.

I needed a new pool heater for our inground pool - quickly. Kyle, at High Country, not only got me a good heater at a good price; but, he sent me an experienced installer within a day.
Kyle also arranged to have the old heater removed for free!
I recommend High Country Pool & Spa for all your pool and spa needs. They’re always there for you!

Recently have had issues with our spa heater. A service tech came to the house the day that I called (which was much appreciated) he stated that our fan was not working to blow the hot air, he was going to go back to the office and see if there was a fan in stock or they were going to ordering one, but would let me know either way. I did not receive a call back and thus called the office many times, it seems to me that the urgency to get this fixed is only mine, despite the cold freezing weather. Quite disappointed!
