Donovan was timely, addressed our concerns, solved the problem and overall was just amazing customer service for our Sierra Pacific windows. Lomax Windows did not do our build/install but as a local Sierra Pacific dealer, took care of our concerns. We had a great experience with Lomax from Initial visit from Donovan and the quote through installation. We replaced all the windows in our house and added a new egress window. They did a great job. I Strongly recommend them.

The window install went very smoothly yesterday. The installers, Logan and Jeremy, were better than good, they were awesome!
We asked them many questions along the way...probably more than we should have, but they were very patient and answered all our questions. Both of them were very knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with.
Donovan guided us down an excellent path with the Sierra Pacific H3 window product with i89 coating. We live in a harsh mountainous weather environment...high winds, extreme cold (and heat), at elevation (~7800ft).The windows turned out better than we expected. The windows are beautiful...especially the big one (67" by 67")! They are well insulated and provide greatly improved comfort.
Our neighbors even came over to see our windows and were amazed at how nice they looked. The external finish was crisp and clean. We used knotty alder wood for the internal trim which turned out beautifully.
I would highly recommend LOMAX for your window needs.

I was looking to refurbish or replace some of my very old houses' non-functional, wood windows. It was important to me to maintain the old charm of my house, but also improve the energy efficiency. I talked with so many companies, both large and small, and nearly all tried to sell me on white vinyl windows. Lomax was the only company that offered alternative options, like refurbishing and/or wood sash replacements at a reasonable price.
The results are fantastic! I now have functional, beautiful windows that maintain the character of my old home. I had some additional requests (downsizing a window) that Donovan and his team were able to accommodate. They have been great to work with from start to finish, and I can't recommend them enough. I will definitely be calling them when I replace the rest of the windows in my house.

We bought windows from Lomax and had them installed in our townhouse. The installers were very professional, took their time, make sure it was done right, and handled various issues that came up very well. Highly recommended.

We have huge windows with cranks that had been stripped from years of use. I am so happy that we contacted Lomax and they were able to find and install new cranks making the windows like new. We were told this wouldn't be possible by another local glass business. It's great being able to open and close all of my windows! They even saved us some money by only ordering the new cranks for the main floor and removing and installing the remaining older ones that still worked on the lower level. Highly recommend.

Worked with Lomax Windows and Doors to do an entire house window replacement on a 1959 Ranch in Fort Collins. Donovan and Dawn were extremely responsive during the bid/estimate process and replied to emails and questions in a timely and efficient manner. The install crew was incredibly professional and courteous, and did an outstanding and thorough job, willing to follow up promptly for any last minute punch list items/corrections. I would recommend Lomax Windows and Doors for anyone looking for residential install as a cost-competitive, professional and courteous option.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Worked with Donovan on two projects and both went off without a hitch. Donovan is very low/no pressure sales, Lomax has great quality products (we used Andersen), exceptional installation and great prices! We had some very high end custom french doors installed in our master bedroom, not only was the price very attractive but the work to install these where there was not a door before was nothing short of amazing. Top quality workmanship and we are delighted with our new doors and windows, but most with Donovan for his patience to explain all of our options and provide the best quote.
