Based off of these reviews, I thought I was doing the research necessary to not waste tens of thousands of dollars and be completely unsatisfied with what SHOULD have been a great home improvement. The showroom and sales materials they show are amazing. Clean borders, screens that are not fraying, etc. Clearly, (as seen in these review photos), the craftsmanship in the final product is extraordinarily messy, cheap looking, and NOT ENERGY EFFICIENT. I was told my BRAND NEW windows leak out heat because “my house is old”. Unfortunately, I have been in many “old”houses that has siding that is just as old, and their new windows are NOT leaking out heat. Those windows also do not have wavy, inconsistent caulking in mass amounts to “frame” the window. There were large spiders and moths INSIDE of my screens within the first year. Mike (great guy) helped fix one of the screens, but unfortunately, (not Mike’s fault) all of my windows and screens are lacking. It is a real bummer that 1) my screens are fraying, 2) there is adhesive leaking out and destroying some of the glass, 3) there are gaps in the window components that allow heat to escape out/ allow cold air to sift in, and, 4) I paid an arm and a leg for what should have been a beautiful improvement to an “old” house, and instead, is something I wish I could completely redo. Not sure how they are pulling such a high rating, but I would recommend buying windows from someone else. My new windows I wanted to be proud of look terrible inside and out. They windows are not sealed properly, and neither are the screens!
I wanted to give a shout out for Nex-Gen and Ted Rajewski. In 2017 we installed 24 windows from Nex-Gen in our mountain home and are 100% satisfied with their quality and durability even at extreme weather conditions. Now we are considering exterior doors for the same home to complete the renovation. We were excited to see Ted again at our home to discuss this additional product and will be anxious to see it through completion this year. These guys are the best and I'm a returning customer to prove it.

Our experience with Next-Gen windows was a wild ride.
They replaced the windows in our home in the fall of 2022. Their crew worked fairly quickly through the installation, but they also made a number of deviations from the plan; installing low grade composite board window sills when they 'didn't have the appropriate wood on hand' for the solid wood sills we had paid for and installing a 3" tall frame at the base of our sliding door instead of reframing the top of the opening, unnecessarily creating a tripping hazard in hopes of finishing our job more quickly. Ultimately they rectified these issues only after we complained repeatedly.
All seemed well and our new windows were warmer than the previous ones as the cold weather arrived. Flash forward to the spring of 2023, and when we received the first spring rains, multiple windows immediately began leaking dramatically from inside the house. Next-Gen sent a member of their team out to our home and confirmed that the majority of windows did not have flashing installed, resulting in water damage to our home and requiring additional work on their part to address.
Their additional work addressed our leaks, but the windows radiated cold over the 2023 winter, giving the impression that the insulation around the window install was damaged during the flashing installation.
While I appreciate that they've been willing to address these issues after the fact, we will never do business with Next-Gen again.

We wanted to keep the existing wrought iron doors on the front double-entry, but to do so, we needed to order CUSTOM doors. We were told it was doable so we proceeded to order custom energy efficient doors.
When the doors arrived with the installers, there was mass confusion! No one knew how to install our wrought iron doors! Angelo Martinez, Project Manager, was contacted by the installers and boy-oh-boy, he was our saving grace!!
He quickly arrived at our home and was able to resolve the situation for the installers. He devised a plan of action, for the installers, and they immediately set-about following his instructions.
They completed the installation within the allotted time-frame and without a hitch thanks to Angelo Martinez! He is knowledgeable, professional, customer oriented and all around nice guy! Good work NEX-GEN and thank you for Angelo!

Wonderful Company! Highly recommend them and we have to our neighbors and our son! The staff was very nice, efficient & skilled! They protected our surroundings & cleaned up very well after the job was done. They made sure we were happy! A foreman came by to make sure all was tip top. I finally got my garden window and I’m a happy wife, happy life with view of beautiful Rockies!

What a great company! We had the best experience with Nex-Gen in their replacing some windows for us. Our project seemed to come with a couple of challenges and we could not have had a better outcome! Ted Rajewski was our sales rep who came to look at what we needed. He has a wealth of experience and was confident in a great outcome. We had some additional wood around the interior of the old windows (three windows) for attaching our wood shutters. We wondered if that wood needed to come out for the install. Ted assured us that if that was needed, they would put it all back together and it would look the same. As it turned out, the installers did the job without removing the wood at all! Then there was our old garden window over our kitchen sink, for which we chose an awning window. My concern was we would lose a lot of depth on the interior window sill. Tony, our measuring tech from Nex-Gen came out to measure, and assured me the window sill would only lose a negligible amount. The installers did a fantastic job there too and I can’t even tell if we lost any depth - it looks so great! From start to finish, from Ted’s first visit to the careful cleanup after a perfect install, everyone we came in contact with at Nex-Gen was knowledgeable, thoughtful and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them and am completely happy with our replacement windows!

After mixup on initial bid process, all went well. Nex-Gen worked around our schedule, crew was on time, on task, pleasant to have “invade” our home, accommodating, polite, knowledgeable, careful and neat. Crew leader Robert continually checked that we were satisfied at every step. He did a couple of extra “fix ups” in our window openings. The job by nature is messy but they did a complete cleanup. Project Manager, Joe Martinez, checked several times, and reported my concerns with the product to Marvin rep. He also advised on finishing the windows (we will seal the ultrex& wood before Nex-Gen returns to fill/caulk seams). He assured us that even though we accepted the finished installation, if we note additional items, Nex-Gen will return and address those concerns. Although we have some concerns with the quality of the Marvin finish work, we are pleased with our replacement project.

I have worked with NexGen for several years replacing windows in my home, a sliding patio door and most recently, an entry door with a storm door. I absolutely love it!! They are the best to work with from start to finish. Installers were awesome!!

What an amazing experience. Over the last couple years we have had so many bad experiences with other companies. We had a new garage door installed (terrible craftsmanship) a new front door (screen door still isn’t right after countless retry’s) a new patio door ( so bad we had Next -Gen replace it after only one year). So we were really hoping that this window replacement would somehow not be a disaster. That’s when we found Next-Gen. from the time Dan the sales representative stepped into our house til the last window was installed we have been so impressed. Great product, great installation. Everything works great and we now love our new patio door. If you are looking for a great window door replacement Next-Gen will deliver!!
