Such an easy way to get through a complicated mess! CCI was great to work with. They had availability to inspect my rental right away, lots of follow-up emails with info for what I needed to make sure we had done prior to the inspection and reminder appointments. Inspection day was a breeze - Wayne was very professional and thorough. I had 1 smoke detector that I needed to install. I was able to install the same day, take a pic and email in, with a "correction report" delivered to me the same time the original inspection came out. Then, I received another email asking if I had any questions - what a great concept. They are super helpful and will definitely use them again!
