Ryan and his team were great to work with. We went with a new heat pump and new furnace for the rebates. Install was smooth and quick. We had questions before the install and both Hillary and Ryan had all the answers and were very knowledgeable. We felt like we were in great hands and love the new A/C just in time for this hot summer.

Our 28-yr old AC was nearing the end of its life, so I reached out to Comfort Pros for a quote to replace. The owner, Jeff, came out and gave us multiple different system configurations from basic, mid tier, to top of the line, and for both an AC system and a heat pump. All of the quotes clearly stated everything that was included, including part numbers, unit sizes, etc. the other companies I got quotes from were no where near the level of detail, meaning they could change the configuration during install and say that’s what they quoted. The install crew, led by Ryan was also top notch! They showed up right on time, were straight forward in their communication and asked if there was anything else we wanted them to know. We informed them we had a 10-month old baby, and asked if they could be careful opening the basement/front doors and to ensure they closed them each time. They were incredibly diligent in respecting this request, which earns an extra star on top of the five star rating in our eyes. It was 4-stars to begin with as some clean-up at my request required a second visit after the $1200 furnace repair. Jeff did the follow-up. Personable and professional. I like that level of competence and service. He actually made the initial visit before the visit to help “tune” my installation of a new thermostat. It was at that time that the replacement of the infuser was recommended. Comfort Pros came years ago to service the A/C.

I had Jeff and his team replace a furnace and was very happy with their service. As a first time homeowner, I was looking for someone who I felt was transparent and honest, and fairly priced. They checked all the boxes. Scheduling was quick, efficient and total time for installment was a couple hours. The Honeywell Home pro series interface they setup was also a big improvement. In comparison to the over priced more corporate companies, their price was much closer to our budget. Support small business whenever you can!
