[Update, the initial review was for an inspection of one aspect of our previous rental. We have since worked with Dan on a comprehensive review for our own new property and he did just as amazing! I felt really confident in his assessment of the house and appreciate his detailed knowledge. And also his cheerful personality, he's a joy to work with!] Absolutely choose Dan for your home inspection! I cannot say enough good things about him. We only needed one thing checked in our house, not a full inspection, but he took the time to look at the rest of the house too for potential problems, shared so much free knowledge, really cared about the safety of our baby living here, was easy to talk to and work with, and, as he was leaving, pointed out a radon mitigation pipe on our neighbor's house, explained what it was, and that that meant there could be radon in the whole area, and suggested we think about getting our own basement tested! He basically saved our life, and it totally wasn't in the job description. I am super impressed by him. I knew he was a good choice because his profile picture is him and a dog at Sloane's Lake, lol, but I am just so impressed and so touched by how much he cared. Also, I finally feel empowered to be safe in this and future homes because he taught me so much in just an hour that I can look for to consider the integrity of a building. My understanding is that in Colorado, home inspection is not officially licensed, so that you basically have to be sure you choose a good person. Dan is a good person! We are actually just renting right now, but when we buy, we will certainly choose Dan for a full inspection. Thanks, Dan!
Need to get a WDO inspection for a refi. Colorado home inspection plus offers this service. Which not many place do offer. Communication with Dan was quick and easy. Scheduled the WDO inspection and Dan communicated with me day of and was able to get my inspection done earlier than scheduled. Dan is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend and use again.

1 million stars for Dan Geschwentner! Seriously I highly highly recommend this company for all your home inspection needs! Prices are affordable, packages are available, and the work done is extremely thorough which are must haves in buying a new home! This process was our first time and I can easily say Dan G. made it all worth while. Every centimeter of the home was evaluated inside and out. At the end he went over his findings verbally as well as sent us our inspection report in an extremely timely manner. Anything we didn’t quite understand he explained to us in a way we could understand. He was kind and informative. DID I MENTION THIS WAS ON A SUNDAY HIS OFF DAY?! He completely changed his schedule for us and took time away from family in order to help us for an urgent same day request. This is truly going above and beyond. So a HUGE THANK YOU DAN for making our first time home buying journey as fluid as possible!! ? We will definitely be using this company for all our future inspection/house safety needs!

Dan was great! He was quick to come out and inspect a home for me. He did a very thorough and detail oriented inspection and I trust his professional opinion. The report was emailed to me within the day. He had great communication, was very professional and I would recommend him to everyone!

Dan was very helpful with the inspection of our first home purchase. He was kind, willing to talk us through the process, and took great notes. Colorado Home Inspection Plus does every kind of test and inspection you could need and was easy to book online, at the same prices or cheaper than their competitors. Highly recommend.

Dan was great to work with! He was extremely kind and created my report within a day! He inspected the entire house in under two hours and gave me a great summary of the report! highly recommend!

Dan was fantastic!! He was nice and super thorough which made us feel better about us buying our first home. He picked up on everything and really cared about making sure he was inspecting and not just walking through, I would recommended him to anyone needing a home inspection and he was affordable
