Jordan and Jonathan did a wonderful job installing a whole house fan and an attic vent fan for us. Our attic is hard to access and very cramped since all of our HVAC equipment, vents, etc. are up there. They were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job overall. And the fan works great! We’ve been running it a few hours at night on some 100-degree days and wake up to a cool house without having to run the AC. I’ve already recommended Colorado Home Services to family and friends.

Great guys worked at my elderly mother’s home. Professional, efficient, and courteous. My parents only ever had a room fan in the attic access opening. Noisy, and took a long time to cool the upstairs. The Quiet Cool we had installed is truly quiet and you CAN feel the air moving as soon as it is on. I would recommend Colorado Home Services for any of their areas of expertise

We are so thrilled with our new QuietCool fan! It's like magic and cools off the house so quickly! We got the 4.8 Stealth, so it's strong and quiet. Our installers--Carl and his assistant--were so friendly and polite, kept us updated, and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job and were done very quickly, even having put extra vents up in the attic. I am so pleased with everything!

Colorado Home Services was recommended by a neighbor. Our attic and upstairs were getting very hot and we wanted to try an attic fan to resolve our issue instead of putting in an additional A/C unit and dealing with that headache. We were very happy with the work they completed. The sales person was honest and upfront about what would work for our situation. The install team was professional, quick, and tidy. They addressed our needs and we’ve been very happy with the results.

Got a house fan / attic fan installed at our home. I would highly recommend Colorado Home Cooling. I made a quick phone call one morning and the sales rep determined which fan I would need to accommodate my home sq footage. The 3 speed Quiet Cool fan is fantastic.
The installers were at my home within a few days, and the job was completed in just a few hours. Our house is 3 levels and the attic was trapping a lot of heat, making the 3rd level very hot. The techs showed me how to properly operate the fan, and how to run it to be most efficient. It has made a drastic difference.
I can't wait until the fall months when it's colder outside and we can run the fan all day.

Excellent service today from Jordan. He showed up during the booking window which is always appreciated. He clearly communicated the work that was going to be done during the installation. He helped us to decide where to place the ceiling vent and patiently ran through different options before we decided on the placement. Installation was quick. Best of all, they cleaned up any mess made during the install. I would highly recommend Jordan.
