Edited to respond to business’s comment to original review: As Sustainable is aware (since there are countless emails documenting this), we clearly requested many times, over many months, a simple explanation of what we were being charged for. We could not get a response from Sustainable, and again as we explained, we could not pay an invoice for which no line items backing up the very high fee were provided, when contracted-for services with dangerous safety implications were clearly not being provided, and add-on services that we never purchased were being provided without our approval. Sustainable recently admitted to overcharging us and mailed a refund of multiple thousands of dollars. So it’s clear we were acting as reasonable customers in requesting a simple explanation of fees, and that Sustainable was in fact overcharging us the whole time. To state the obvious: it’s unreasonable to expect, as Sustainable’s comment suggests, customers to pay whatever they’re charged, without explanation of your fees and particularly when the fees are in fact incorrect and over-billed. I think Sustainable’s response here speaks for itself as to what any potential new customer will be dealing with should they work with Sustainable. Absolutely consistent with our very unreasonable and difficult experience trying to work with Sustainable.

Original review: Sustainable did not complete the services for which they were hired, including services that they recommended as critical for the safety of our pets. They did not respond for months to repeated phone calls and emails asking when these services would be completed and for a simple breakdown of what services they were actually providing to support their very high monthly service fees. They ultimately suddenly stopped providing services without any notice, claiming that they were not being paid and that was our fault, despite their repeated unresponsiveness and refusal to even provide an explanation of their invoices. They need a business manager, but in their current state of business cannot recommend them and would warn against using them - it is simply impossible to work with them.
