Overall

Great experience with this company!!
We had water backing up out of the floor in our furnace room. We called Priority Plumbing and Heating to help resolve the issue. A plumber came out on Friday, and he tried clearing the main line that went from the house to the sewer. All seemed well. However, on Sunday night we had the same issue with water backing up into the furnace room again. After calling this same company on Monday morning, they sent out a different tech (Levi Perpetua). He came out, determined that the line was still clogged, and used his 100 foot snake to clear the line. With a camera he also confirmed it was no longer clogged. We were only charged on the first visit due to their warranty policy. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Romie was courteous, professional and efficient when he stopped by this morning to fix our plumbing issues. Before leaving he made sure to clean the area thoroughly. I would recommend Priority Plumbing and specifically this technician to anyone looking for a plumber.

Great service, Great price and great advice on an eventual faucet replacement. Alex and his partner (Derick?) arrived at the stated time and finished the work quickly. We will definitely call Priority Plumbing next time we need some work done quickly.

I was very pleased with the service I received on my home’s swamp cooler. Levi was very kind and helpful and will return with a few new parts that need to be changed. Fortunately he solved our biggest issue and allowed us to run our cooler as the higher temperatures return. Only glitch was Priority Plumbing’s need to reschedule our initial appointment.

Our water heater burst and flooded our basement. We tried to get a plumber through our warranty service with American Home Shield. They connected us to a local plumber who wouldn't even come look at the problem to diagnose it. Then told us earliest they could replace the water heater was a whole week from now. We called Priority Plumbing and Heating and Joe showed up literally 5 minutes later. He had the old one out and new one in and running perfectly within 3 hrs. Couldn't recommend Joe more highly. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.

**Edit to company response 5/30/24 I am partial homeowner, I took ownership in 2021 through the existing mortgage, so please add more detail.
My mother also the owner and policy holder - whom you guys have avoided and who is at a communication disadvantage due to english being her second language, I have had to step in.
We, the client of HomeServe a Home Warranty company - would never had to pay for your services. Exactly why we pay for home warranty and have full coverage for our mainline.

The issues I have as a homeowner and an unfortunate customer of Priority and Plumbing due to them being contracted by HomeServe:
- Said they would fix our sprinkler lines and electrical in Nov 2023 they destroyed.
- Got avoided by this company for 6 months UNTIL it was discovered they didn't replace 4ft of the original pipe that had SEVERE root intrusion (the entire reason we got our mainline replaced.)
- 05/01/2024 Sean Farris said they would fix the sprinklers and make this right and has continued to avoid us.

This company absolutely did not go above and beyond. Priority Plumbing and Heating HAD to come back to fix a problem they were legally contracted to fix in Nov 2023 and did NOT complete.

Above and beyond for what, adding some soil?
The stress and financial burden this has caused has been significant.

Original post 5/29/24 **Another bad Sean Farris (VP/ Owner) review on a mainline replacement (Estimated $18,000+ Insurance job.) On November 9, 2023 Priority Plumbing and Heating Littleton was hired to replace and install a new mainline on our property by my home warranty company (HomeServe.) They acted in several negligent ways, did not complete the job they were paid to perform, destroyed my front yard, sprinkler lines and electrical.
When we raised the concerns to Sean - Sean Farris, told us to kick rocks and that our concerns were not his issue. We were persistent and knew this job was not done correctly. He continues to give us the run around for 6 months, he was conveniently always in a "meeting." After paying a 3rd party to scope out and make note of all the things Priority Plumbing and Heating did wrong, they told me it would be $18k+ to fix their mistakes. I had a demand letter written up to get them to pay attention to the issues that I had complained about for 6 months.
Things they did wrong:
- Did not backfill our soil causing a sinking trench.
- Cut all of our sprinkler lines/ electrical and buried them.
- Failed to replace our mainline in its entirely, left with severe root intrusion.
- Failed to clean up - left old clay pipe strung along our front yard.
- Clean out caps were below ground level, improperly glued and secured.

Fast forward May 2024 - Priority Plumbing and heating said they would replace the rest of the line that they failed to replace the first time, clean up the trash they left, back fill our soil that was sinking into a trench, and get someone to fix our sprinkler lines/ electrical.
Once Sean and his crew came to fix their original issues - his crew member showed us that our mainline was leaking sewage into our front yard for six months from. Sean never mentioned anything to us other than everything looks great.

Now its a month later - Sean Farris wont return my phone calls about getting our sprinkler lines/ electrical fixed, he continues to be in "meetings"

Seans' motto is - we were paid to replace the line and thats it. If we break it, its not our issue.

Spent over $4,000 to get my sprinkler lines and electrical fixed + had to pay to get my line scoped by a third party. Spent 6 months trying to get them to fix their mistakes. Avoid at all costs this has been a horrible situation and horrible company to deal with.

I believe the only reason they came back was because HomeServe was made aware Priority Plumbing and Heating did not perform the job in its entirety that they were paid to do. IF not for that, I would still have sewage leaking into my yard, a sinking trench etc.
AVOID at all costs and do your research.

Tony J at priority plumbing and heating went above and beyond to take care of me. After months of dealing with subpar plumbers and the HOA I finally got Tony J at priory plumbing to complete the job. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. His customer service skills were also excellent. He was completely transparent with me on pricing and came up with a reasonable price for the work he did. He was also very fast and efficient. I will not waste my time calling a different company ever again and I would recommend you do the same, if you want the job done right the first time.

After some major issues with original work, Sean and Teddy came out and agreed the work was subpar. Teddy came out and spent almost an entire day to correct their prior repairs and everything is running smoothly now. Appreciate everyone from the owner down stepping up to make things right.
