I recently purchased my home and Trevor has already helped me a couple times with corroded or leaking piping and is consistently on time, respectful, and very knowledgable. He’s always very patient explaining the issue, teaching me a few things along the way, which I really appreciate.
He never begins work without first detailing costs and even tells me when the fix doesn’t necessarily require a plumber, to save me money. I genuinely appreciate his honesty, efficiency, and quality work. I would recommend Trevor to anyone seeking a new plumber!
Kyle repaired and replaced a bunch of random plumbing issues we’d been putting off. He explained everything, did an amazing job and is just an all-around nice guy. So happy with Southside Plumbing…highly recommend!

Michael was my service technician that came today to address a leaky faucet and continually running toilet. He was absolutely amazing. Worked with speed and accuracy. We found out that I needed a new pressure valve tree in the basement and he replaced that as well. Plumbing is always somewhat expensive but I feel like I got a great Service tech in my back pocket for any future use strongly recommend southside plumbing. Heather dispatched the tech first thing this morning when I called they were finished with all of the work by 2 PM. Excellent service, friendly helpful people again, Michael thank you so much for all the work that you did

I experienced a kitchen drain clog over the holidays. Kyle from Southside plumbing made repairs to the drainage, and cleared all remaining clog. Kyle was very professional and friendly. The repair was very professional and every detail explained to me. I recommend Southside for your plumbing repairs.

Mike came out to fix a leaking waterline in our shower. Not only did he come over on a holiday, but he did so cheerfully. He was charming, knowledgable , efficient and swift. If you need plumbing help, I highly recommend Mike from Southside Plumbing.

Chris and Michael did a great job replacing our hot water heater and fixing many other plumbing issues we had related to water pressure. They were able to finish the job quickly and thoroughly. Would highly recommend this neighborhood plumber!!!

We have been a customer of Southside Plumbing for over eight years. They are always professional and straightforward. We trust them to do the job correctly and even had them tell us when certain repairs were not necessary, thus saving us money. Trevor was our latest technician and was great! The team was excellent! Trevor is an outstanding master plumber with an unusual ability to explain complex repairs in a totally comprehensible narrative that we have not witnessed before. Wes is a great assistant! My wife and I enjoyed their visit and will look to Southside Plumbing to meet all of our future plumbing needs.

Southside customer service was prompt, courteous and efficient. The technician they sent, Trevor, called ahead, showed up when promised, was very polite, personable and efficient as well. He looked at the problem, quoted the work and immediately started working. He was respectful of our house and time. The work was performed expertly and quickly. He asked me to review the work with him to make sure it was what we expected.
I would recommend Southside Plumbing and their technician, Trevor, to any friends and family. Thanks!
