I contracted with Colorado Preferred to install new roof and gutters on my house which were damaged from a hail storm. Art Hart represented Preferred. He did a great job managing the installation, negotiating with insurance company and getting the roof and gutters done on time and at a good price. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest helpful person for your roofing needs
I reached out to a few roofing companies for roof replacement and Colorado Preferred Roofing not only came with the best reviews but their communication, professionalism and care for my individual needs really outshone all their competitors. I worked with Danny Taylor, specifically, and he took the time to explain the process and set up service in a way to keep the children in my home childcare safest by coving the sides of house with plastic to catch all the roofing nails and offering scheduling flexibility on a day I was closed to do the work so as not to interfere with my business. Any company willing to go out of their way to show they truly care about how their work affects their clients is a winning company for me!!! I'm thrilled with the roof; It looks great, everything was done as agreed and for a fair price. Definitely a high-quality company that has earned my recommendation for anyone needing a roof! A+++++++++

Had several companies reach out to do my roof and finally decided you settle with colorado preferred roofing. They made me feel great about choosing them to complete my roof and get it done correctly the first time. Throughout the process allan has helped tremendously and would go through him again if this were to ever occure again.

CPR did an amazing job making the process of getting a new roof as easy as possible. The communication throughout was clear and timely. The team arrived on time, were very professional, and finished the entire roof replacement in a single day.

Colorado preferred roofing did an excellent job came out and replace my roof after many other contractors gave me the runaround they were very courteous and communicated very well. Only had to make one call and they knew exactly what I needneeded. Done highly recommend them. Not only did they replace my roof, and I also gave them a call back to replace the siding and gutters on my house would highly recommend them for your next project

Being new out here has had its challenges with finding new businesses to trust. My wife and I needed help with getting the roof done on our home and we were lucky to meet Derick. He gave it straight and was able to respect our unique needs. If you work with this company give him a call. All around great experience.

Art is amazing! Continuely checked in to make sure everything was going as planned. Always went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of at my home. I have dogs and was very concerned since I work and cannot always be home. Workmanship is excellent. I have not had to deal with the Insurance Company at all. I trust Art take care of it. He treats my home as if it was his own so appreciated. Would never choose anybody else.

We have a very complicated roof at the top of about 30 stairs. Colorado Preferred Roofing was relentless in politely and quickly responding to the problems and complications found in our job. It took a while (not their fault at all), but they did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional, responsive and quality help in replacing their roof.

My father had recent hail damage and needed his roof repaired. Since my dad is older, I helped him with the process, and we chose Colorado Preferred Roofing. Our rep answered all our questions and explained the process. I was surprised by how responsive he was. He helped us pick a color that worked well with my dad’s home. After completing the roof, they cleaned up all the materials and left our yard spotless. Our rep was fast in providing the documentation of the work including photos to the insurance company. They made the process so easy, that I even asked them to do a free inspection of my roof and they told me that I didn’t need a roof for another 4 years. So, I can say they are honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!
