Bill and Pete were VERY nice and helpful. I needed help with property lines for a project. Bill answered my inquiry extremely quickly. Pete and Bill both came out to look at my property and worked extensively to calculate the property lines. Bill even sent a detailed drawing to me. I highly recommend this company !!!

OURSTANDING We cannot say enough good things about True North and in particular, Bill Buntrock. We own property in the Metro Denver area and needed a very quick, full survey to resolve a contentious matter in a property line dispute. Bill jumped on our request and made room for us immediately. This was at an extremely busy time in his business calendar and honestly, we had no hope of any surveyor being able to accommodate our needs in such short order. We received detailed, accurate, professional plans within days and Bill made time to schedule several phone calls to answer all our questions. He then promptly followed up on issues we raised and again, did so immediately. His crew was absolutely first class…..owners of neighboring properties were impressed by the, thoughtful, polite and diligent attitude of the entire survey crew. Bill took the time to understand the details of the problems we need to solve and need him to manage from a distance (we were out of town). He was creative, thorough and delivered what we requested. True North is quite simply one of the best, most exacting surveying team we have ever encountered. I will add that we are in the real estate development business so we have had a lot of experience with many surveying businesses in several state in the US.

I’m having a property dispute with a neighbor and needed a surveyor to help me with an unusual situation. Bill Buntrock is a great communicator so we worked out a plan to address my problem and I always felt comfortable that we were on the same page about my expectations. He made a long drive to get to my property, his work product was excellent, and he was respectful and courteous in all of our interactions. I feel very lucky to have worked with Bill; his assistance, kindness and compassion were more helpful than he knew. I highly recommend him and True North Surveying for any type of survey work.
