Poor customer service. Talked to a manager to explain that the job is not complete he started yelling at me then I found out from the technician that he is the owner! They came to fix a switch that was not done according to building code; the wires needed a tube if it’s on the wall and he was arguing that it was ok either way! He was arguing that doing stuff that is not per code is ok! I wish Lennar/ CalAtlantic use better contractors.
This is a company that was hired by a general contractor to wire my new 4200sq ft home. Paul and his crew roughed the house. After the shady contractor skipped without finishing (with my money). Katie, Paul and the other office folks at GCI refuse to speak with me. I’m a preset reasonable guy, who just wants to finish my house... They have been paid and I was happy to pay them to finish the trim, but they shuffle me from person to person and now say they won’t finish or warranty the work they did. I will now need to likely name them in the suit, along with the builder. If anyone would like the full story, please conn ct with me through google. Happy to share.

This has to be the best experience we've ever had with any service company! We had outlets installed in the garage. Mark, the electrician, was fabulous! He explained everything with such a great attitude! Knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly!! What more can you ask for?!?!? We highly recommend ECI, they're awesome!!

Great experience with ECI Electric. Mark and Jason did a tremendous job and were friendly and trustworthy. They completed a high quality service for a fair price. Really appreciate finding a company I can trust and I will definitely call them in the future.

ECI is the best electrical company we have worked with in the 35 years we have been buying homes. They are professional, clean, reliable with excellent results. Plus they are competitively priced in a industry that has too often taken advantage of the housing boom. My last technician was Jason but they all have been great to work with. Also compliments to Savannah at the office.
