Our Service Professional, Darrion, did a fantastic job repairing our washing machine: he was friendly and very efficient! He also took the time to show us the old parts and explain how the new parts worked. We will definitely recommend Mr. Appliance to our friends and neighbors. David came on time to our remote location, had no trouble finding it, communicated well about when he'd come, and more. He honestly found that our old oven was likely not fixable; called GE while he was here. AND because they don't sell appliances, no one tried to cell us anything!

We had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. I contacted them because our refrigerator was giving us a mild shock when we touched a specific area on one of the doors. They sent Phil out and he identified the problem, ordered the correct part and installed it quickly. Phil was very friendly and he wore boot covers into the house which was very considerate.

Had a water leak from my LG dishwasher. I was able to make a next day appointment to have it looked at. Daniel, my service technician, arrived on schedule and did a thorough job inspecting the dishwasher. He found that the door seal was deformed and needed replacement and that the unit needed to be leveled. Replacement parts needed to be ordered and arrived in a reasonable time. Scheduling the appointment to have the seal installed was easy. Only had to wait a day and a half for Daniel to return and complete the work. He verified the repair afterwards and was easy to deal with. Definitely would recommend this business for appliance repairs.

Our interaction with Mr. Appliance and their technician David was swift, but the brevity was appreciated. David was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue with our refrigerator within minutes. The cost to repair was more than the option to purchase a new refrigerator, and David was able to provide recommendations for a new purchase. Also, I wanted to mention that we live rurally and the time from making the appointment to David's arrival was less than 24 hours. There was no additional charge for getting here so quickly, which was refreshing. I would and will highly recommend Mr. Appliance as I am glad to know that we have such a professional, knowledgeable and accommodating appliance repair business that services our area.

Excellent service! Once the part was ordered for our Wash Machine, he came within a day and right on time. He fixed the problem in 20 minutes with the new part! He was respectful and yes, I would recommend his service to any who need help with an appliance.

Today’s appliances have a lot of technology in them and when you spend good money you expect it to work. When the appliance has issues you are grateful to have purchased the extended service plan because costs add up quickly. The GE refrigerator I purchased at the end of 2021 started to have issues. I called a repair company near me and they came out to troubleshoot. Ultimately they ordered a part and a week later replaced it. It wasn’t fixed. I decided at that point to give Mr. Appliance a call to see what they could do. Ultimately they made a diagnosis after thorough testing and let me know that the motherboard had failed. They ordered the part and replaced in three days later. The tech, Darrion was excellent and the expedited process was perfect! Thank you Mr. Appliance for your help and amazing service!!
