I called about a service that I was told I needed on my new Wen inverter generator.
Bill took the time to explain to me why I didn’t.
It totally made sense. Pleasant and honest.
Didn’t get to go there, but if I ever need a repair on my generator they will be the first place I go.

We had an issue with our generator not functioning. Had a stopover in Loveland on our way to Wyoming so really needed to get generator repaired. Bill's was recommended. We called Bill on a Wednesday. Had motorhome at his business early Thursday. Repaired before noon so we could get on our way. Thanks SO very much for your professionalism and friendship. Bill and his crew fixed my generator same day. That is world class service. Bill is a really nice guy that cares about helping people. I was blown away by his customer service. He cares about people…that is rare today. I appreciate all that he did for me.

Bill is the best! He saved our vacation today. I called around looking for help with a propane leak on our motor home and found everyone to be booked until finally was lucky enough to call Bill. He was so warm and friendly and told us to bring it in. He had the leak located, replaced the regulator and had us on our way within an our of my call. I couldn't believe he had the part in stock! He was our hero! You can't go wrong with Bill!! Thank you so much and keep your sense of humor!!
