Robert was a pleasure to work with and made the process easy. Was very responsive via phone and email so whenever we had a question we weren't left hanging. We love our soft-close knotty Alder cabinets and haven't had a second thought about the decision we made in going with Brooks Brothers. To boot the installer was on time and completed the entire kitchen by himself in a single day! Will be using them again soon.
After 4 months of waiting for Brooks Brothers Cabinetry in Monument to complete my design I gave up on them. I was ready to spend $25,000 or more. On at least 5 occasions I asked their salesperson/designer working on my plan to please accept a cash deposit or cash payment in full to get me in their production list even if she had not completed the plan. Why? Because in October 2021 I was told they were booked out until June. In October I made an appointment for the beginning of November. I had to pay a non-refundable $150 for her to come to my home!!!! I was told the design would be done by the Monday after Thanksgiving as she was taking time off. In February I gave up on ever having a design or having them provide me with new cabinets. For some reason my cash was not good – go figure. So I had no choice but to go elsewhere and lost my $150 simply becuase they would not finish my plan or take my deposit or payment in full!

Our cabinet designer was Amelia Wiren. She treated us with professionalism and was very knowledagble and attentive to our needs. She was communicative in assisting us with any and all questions we had regarding our design. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were beautiful, high quality, and exceeded our expectations.

I’ve used Brooks Brothers for the last 10 years remodeling homes. They are the best. Wide variety of cabinets, great turn time and perfect delivery. Jen Casey is my designer and she is fabulous. I always demo the kitchen and Jen comes up with very functional kitchen designs.

Rod Horrell was awesome. He came out to my house to measure our kitchen the same day I stopped into the office to request a quote. I had a quote back within a week that listed several different options that were available to us. He took the time to explain each door style to me and showed me the various finishes that we could choose from. He understood the “look” we were after, and made some great suggestions. The best part of all, is that the cabinets were delivered a full week before we expected them. This put our contractor about a week ahead of schedule and made the frustrations of our full-house remodel project much less stressful.
Love our new house and particularly the new kitchen!
