There won’t be enough room to share everything that the guys from GeoMark did for our family! I want to take the time to give a huge shoutout to Mitch! His customer service is unmatched and he will 1000% go above and beyond for his clients/customers. We will always recommend his service to anyone that asks! He’s honest, experienced, respectful and has integrity. You don’t find that very easily these days! Thank you again GeoMark for helping us the way you did with our property.

In our search for a surveying company to address our not so simple boundary issues, Geomark impressed my wife and I right off the bat...Mitch, the executive partner, actually answered the phone. Not a leave a message like the first place we tried (who never did call us back). Also, both partners, Mitch and Aaron (Britt), met with us the next day to discuss our situation. After the meeting I had a gut instinct Geomark were the ones to go with. They were genuinely interested in helping us. Not only did they prove my gut right but we couldn't have found a more professional team to do the job. I can honestly say it's been a long time, if ever, since I've worked with two individuals that took such pride in their work. This was readily apparent by their attention to detail, the amount of research they performed and keeping us fully informed as they progressed. The final product was a plat map that left no doubt that boundaries provided by this survey were not only correct but would stand up in a court of law if necessary; setting Geomark head and shoulders above other surveyors in our opinion. We would definitely recommend Geomark to anyone needing a survey. Mitch and Britt, thank you for a job well done!

I am so grateful to have found Mitch and Aaron (Britt) at Geomark Surveying. I live out of state but put an offer in on a property in SE Colorado. After contacting several surveying companies who refused to either answer my calls & emails, or even head out to the little town where my property is located, I was referred to Geomark. Not only did Mitch answer my call (on a Saturday, no less!) but he was able to set a date for a survey to be done within a week. I received the most thorough land survey plat, conducted with the latest GPS and high-tech equipment. Mitch called me or answered my calls responsively throughout the process. Then, when the title company pushed back on extended warranty coverage due to the property's 1970-established boundaries supposedly "not closing," Mitch and his astute surveyor, Aaron (Britt), spent hours on the phone with me explaining how to handle this situation. The showed me the errors and limitations represented in the original survey work, describing and defining exactly how the boundaries DO close using modern techniques, and they coached me on how/what to do to help with the title coverage. I found both men to be extremely honest, straightforward, and completely on the up-and-up. They take great pride and integrity in their work, and definitely know how to put their clients interests first. Their prompt responses and highly trained expertise were of utmost value to me, and I was able to close on the property with a great sense of trust in their work. I highly recommend these guys for any surveying needs in Southern Colorado.

My husband reached out to three different surveyors about getting our mountain property surveyed. Mitch got back to us quickly and he was the only one that returned our call. He did a great job and got it done in a timely manner. We had our map much faster than we expected. We contacted Mitch again a few weeks ago about another project we needed done and he got right back to us. Since then he has completed the second job and we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend GeoMark for your survey needs.
