Start to finish, Franco Stucco was terrific to work with. Jorge was terrific. They stuck to the schedule and budget. The best part, the way my house looks! I have no doubt this was a challenging job for the guys, but you wouldn’t know that from the finished house!

My experience couldn’t be more different as on a job site I dealt with Franco and he could not have been more difficult, uncommunicative, and non-responsive to concerns that had absolutely no impact on his workload, yet impacted our ability to get our work done. So much for small town, community based, friendly Salida!

Franco's crew showed up and stripped all the old siding and insulation, then Installed new insulation (nice stuff) then started to install the Stucco. Franco had some problems getting the correct color but then they came over and install the top coat. The finished product is GREAT and the new insulation is already paying off.

I encountered Jorge at a local hardware store in Salida and that was the beginning of one of the most productive relationships on my home construction project. Jorge is incredibly responsive, is a great listener, and has incredible depth of knowledge to advise on the best way to proceed from planning to execution. His workmanship is second to none and his attention to detail is unmatched. There is no reason to look elsewhere for quotes, his prices are fair, his crew is beyond compare and his personal attention to the customer and the project is remarkable. I highly recommend him for all of your stucco, stone gutter needs.

After getting a quote from another company to side our home I called Franco Stucco and Stone and was very pleased with their response.
Their quote was reasonable and stayed true for the entirety of the job. We chose during the job to have them install new facia, gutters, leaf protection and soffits which were done in a timely and professional manner. Our gutter runs are 75 feet and they did them in one piece.
The work done on our home was done efficiently and the crew payed attention when I asked them for something specific in their work.
Communication during the job was top notch, Jorge responds quickly to questions and requests. He also was able to explain the entire process and give an accurate project timeline.
If I had another home to stucco I would not hesitate to call them again.
The only negative was the length of time we had scaffolding surrounding our home. But that comes with the process I guess and really was visually more of a nuisance than a physical impediment to entering exiting or living in our home during the process.

Franco Stucco & Stone performed flawlessly during the recent stucco project on our home. Jorge explained in detail what we might expect at every milestone in the job, and he was accurate and correct every step of the way. There were no surprises. It was obvious from our first meeting that this outfit is highly experienced at this type of work, and it shows once you see them in action. Jorge's attention to detail is second to none and the level of communication & quick response to phone calls and inquiries was impressive, to say the least! He made it a point to regularly communicate by email, text, or telephone their plans for the next work day, including early show-ups or schedule interruptions (which were almost non-existent). They made us feel as if we were their only client...that was the level of commitment demonstrated by Jorge and his crew from day one through their final day on our property. The final clean-up was fast and thorough; the casual observer would never have known they were here! The Franco crew treated our home with dignity and respect, and the entire crew was very responsive and receptive to our every question and concern throughout the process. They are licensed and insured professionals in their field. The finished product is a masterpiece and we have received many, many compliments from friends and neighbors who have stopped by to take a look. Franco Stucco and Stone has definitely been added to our "speed dial" list as the go-to guys for our future needs in the fields of stucco, stone, concrete, seamless gutters, aluminum soffit & facia, and much, much more! We had the great fortune to contract with Franco Stucco & Stone for our renovation, landscaping and addition work in BV. The commitment to schedules was perfect for the coordination with other trades. One big point for us was our carpenter had left early for the weekend when Franco was completing the initial phase of the stucco work and had forgotten to install the last window on the addition. Franco and crew didn't miss a beat and installed that last window so they could complete their work.
Overall we would recommend Franco Stucco & Stone with very high marks for their professionalism and quality of work!

Jorge and his crew did an awesome job, when i was looking for Stucco Contractors in the area i couldn't even get two other contractors in town to show up for an estimate, so i decided not to even wait for a price if they did the work like the do there estimates. Jorge was very professional, kept us up to date daily with there schedule, was able to start right away and continued till they were finished. I had some other issues when they started removing my siding , i had no weather barrier underneath and none of my windows were flashed so i had some weather damage to my plywood which Jorge and his crew replaced and installed for a very reasonable price. They also built a very nice patio wall for us and put stucco on it too. Also they installed new gutter's and painted my soffit and facia above my garage where i didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach, went that extra mile for us indeed. I also had them replace my existing driveway that was cracked and sinking when we moved in and he was also very reasonable for doing that concrete work. The day they finished everything was already cleaned up and yard back to normal. I would highly recommend them for all the different work they do. Thanks again Franco Stucco for a job well done.

Jorge and his crew did a beautiful stucco finish on my house and my ADU. Jorge communicated every step of the way and the crew were polite and efficient. They also put my gutters and down spouts back on correctly and Jorge installed a new gutter system on my ADU. My house had many different size windows, odd angles, varying materials because of previous additions. Their professional stucco finish made it look uniform and lovely. Jorge worked with me on a custom color as well. I have received many compliments from people in the community. I highly recommend Franco Stucco & Stone.
