Kevin and his team are exceptional. We needed an ILC survey completed for closing on a lot in the Leadville/Twin Lakes area with a short turn around for the scheduled closing date. When I reached out, I had every expectation that they would not be able to work us in with such short notice, but alas, they came through even earlier than expected. We will be using them for our full survey when the weather breaks, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for the services they provide!
Kevin and his crew were amazing. I was having a very frustrating time with the county trying to get my land divided into two parcels and Kevin was professional, quick, did an absolutely wonderful job and I couldn't have been happier with his work. Not just good and professional, but no matter how many times the county threw me a curve ball he helped with such a positive attitude. You could not make a better choice than going with his company. I was very nervous about hiring a surveyor after having a really bad experience with another company, but Kevin made a believer out of me and he's a GEM!!! As are all of his employees. It starts at the top and flows through them all! It's such a rare thing any more to find such a responsible, ethical and hard working company that I can't praise them enough.

We recently needed a survey on property in preparation for architectural and building plans. Kevin was very responsive, returning my call the same day. Going forward, Kevin communicated quickly and clearly, even when he was out of town, and despite how busy they were. An estimate was provided quickly. We were really pleased with the work and thought it priced very fairly; the work even came in under the estimate. We won’t hesitate to recommend Kevin and his crew to anyone needing survey work.

If I needed another survey I wouldn't shop around and just hire these guys again.
While closing on a house the title company surprised us and said a land survey is required. My agent and I called around trying to find someone that could do a survey quickly. All the other land survey companies either didn't answer their phone or were booked for a month out. Which is understandable in this crazy housing market and mountain snow (March 2022).
Every time I called Central Rockies Land Surveying someone answered the phone, I got the quote back in 2 days like promised, then they did the work EARLY. I was hoping for 7-10 days and the survey was done 4 days after the quote. We will be able to close on the house on time now. Clear communications, fast/reliable work; I can't think of anything else I'd want.

Kevin was great to work with. He was able to get our ILC in less than a week, so we were able to close on time. Lower prices compared to others in the area and able to do it on short notice! Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin and his team. Although very busy at the time, Kevin made every effort to help me meet my timelines and keep my project moving forward. The work he and his team performed for me was always spot on. Professionalism, accuracy, great attitude and willingness to help are the hallmarks of Central Rockies Land Surveying. No need to look anywhere else, they should be your first and only call. I will use them exclusively on future projects.

Kevin responded when three other other companies would not. He was honest, friendly and professional. He always returned my calls which seems to e a lost art these days. He provided a fair estimate with a realistic work schedule. He finished a week early and on budget. Highly Recommend!

Kevin was extremely professional and helped us through the process of getting a survey which was a necessity in getting a building permit in Fremont County Colorado. Kevin is experienced and extremely timely. I would highly recommend him for any project in need of his services,
